Don't go close to this dealership. Shady behavior with payments for extended warranties that don't get refunded to the customer. We took out extended warranties for 2 subarus and then Shady behavior with payments for extended warranties that don't get refunded to the customer. We took out extended warranties for 2 subarus and then cancelled within 14 days; Zurich refunded the money to the dealership, and the dealership is refusing to release the funds to us. More
I bought a 2033 Subaru Outback and had an excellent experience with Grand Prix Subaru. My salesman, Philip Deitch, was fantastic, very knowledgeable and pleasant. It was really nice buying a car throug experience with Grand Prix Subaru. My salesman, Philip Deitch, was fantastic, very knowledgeable and pleasant. Although we didn’t buy that day, we did shop around & they did indeed, true to their word, give us the best price. We ultimately bought our 2024 Forester Wilderness here. Our salesman, Roy Wander is s a true gem of a salesman. He is super friendly, no nonsense & incredibly knowledgeable about his product. He did absolutely everything he promised us he would, including giving us the must comprehensive explanation of absolutely EVERYTHING about our car & promised to do so again in the future if we have any questions. We already have friends that are snowbirds & will be heading over to Roy to hopefully purchase a new Forester once they get back to NY. You won’t go wrong if you make a deal with Roy!! More
Had an issue with financing department. I never received lease payment information from company holding Lisa agreement and at the time I spoke to finance manager, there was only three days I never received lease payment information from company holding Lisa agreement and at the time I spoke to finance manager, there was only three days left for me to make my first payment. The dealership information they forgot to request for me. Finance manager told me it was all straightened out and I would hear from sales person who took care of my lease that afternoon. Never heard from sales person called him for two days. Was promised to call back finally on the third day call back came. Seems only because I asked to speak to manager was told manager wasn’t available. Somebody would call me back and Sales person who took care of me me called me back told me he was very busy and everything was taken care of according to what he understood. I was very annoyed and I will not , refer anyone to this dealership. Now I have to go to dealership tomorrow and use my credit card to make second monthly payment to reimburse dealership made ttwo days ago. And I also have to wait approximately two weeks or so before I receive lease information from company holding lease payments. More
