As a young person leasing my first car, I couldn't have asked for a more patient, thoughtful individual to work with. Paul assured I understood my options prior to leasing and walked me through the car's features and details on pickup day. Any and all questions were answered with care. Even with a car supply shortage, communication through the entire process was seamless. It is obvious Grand Prix Subaru and its employees truly care about their customers! I bring my 2016 Subaru Legacy here for service all the time. They are very honest and always do quality work. About two weeks ago, my wife brought my car in for a battery change and a coolant flush. They time. They are very honest and always do quality work. About two weeks ago, my wife brought my car in for a battery change and a coolant flush. They gave her a $25 discount on the service, even though she was unable to open the email with the promotional offer included. The complimentary detailing after the service was completed was even more awesome. Last week my wife brought my Subaru Legacy back in for service again, since there was an apparent coolant leak. My service advisor discovered where the leak was coming from, and he determined that the repair cost would come to over $1,300. I had an extended warranty on the vehicle, but I was still responsible for over $700 of the total repair cost. My service advisor recently notified me that the dealership will cover the entire cost of the repair for me, and I will not have to pay for any of it. In my entire life, I have never had a positive experience like this with any business anywhere. The world would be a much better place if there were more businesses that treated their customers like Grand Prix Subaru treats its customers. More

Matt , is a great salesperson. Courteous, professional and easy to deal with. he communicates well and gets back to all your answers. The only problem I had was dealing with a sales manager. Honestly every time I go to Subaru Grand Prix in Hicksville I always ask for Dan Dengler. He is such a kind and hard working man and really cares for his customers.
