I had requested quotes online and Grand Prix called to invite us to make an appointment. We met Jaime and right away she was friendly and upfront. She introduced us to Grand Prix's unique perks like complimentary NYS inspections, oil changes, and loaner cars. She focused on making the process as easy and painless as possible. She was personable and generous and went above and beyond to get us a great deal. I did not know that you could buy a car so fast without any pressure while remaining completely relaxed. At the end, in the finance room, Jenna was informative and very patient, giving us the time we needed to make a decision. We love our new car and thank you for making this best car buying experience ever. More

My experience with Jamie Borack and Jenna Donnelly I could not have asked for a better experience while buying my first new car. Jamie Borack was extremely friendly and took ample time to help me choose which model and trim would work best for me, and was able to negotiate a fair and competitive price. She even went to the great length of sourcing and retrieving my new car from a dealership over 400 miles away. Her commitment to customer satisfaction is obvious. Make sure you ask for Jamie! Financing a new car, in addition to choosing additional warranty options, can be overwhelming for those new to the process. Jenna Donnelly was very informative, and clearly explained all of my options that would allow me to get the most coverage and still stay within my budget. She made a stressful process very simple. Bottom line: Excellent experience thanks to very excellent people. More

A Great Buying Experience I factory ordered a 2015 Forester 2.0 XT Premium from Bryan, and when I expressed a bit of concern of the time it would take for the car to arrive, he I factory ordered a 2015 Forester 2.0 XT Premium from Bryan, and when I expressed a bit of concern of the time it would take for the car to arrive, he and the management team at Grand Prix worked hard to locate a similar car near-by and get it to me ahead of the arrival of my factory order with a nominal price increase, mostly to pay for additional options. Through the whole process, communication was good and everyone was very friendly. Easily the best service I received while shopping for a new car. Highly Recommended. More

Excellent salesperson, nice dealership Purchased a 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek recently. Bryan was extremely helpful, friendly, and not the least bit pushy. We showed up with two young boys Purchased a 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek recently. Bryan was extremely helpful, friendly, and not the least bit pushy. We showed up with two young boys (one crying, one wanting to drive every car in the showroom) and Bryan was completely understanding and patient (even on a Saturday), answering questions, showing us the details of the XV, etc. He was especially helpful on the test drive, answering all my questions about AWD and safety features, and giving me the chance to take it out for at least 20 minutes, both on local roads and on the highway. After signing, we found out that the vehicle we wanted had actually been purchased just hours before. Bryan kept in touch with me while the sales manager found the same trim in the color we wanted at another location. When it was time to pick up the vehicle, Bryan transferred the license plates for me on a miserable, wet, windy evening, and explained additional features of the car before we drove away. He also offered to sync our phones to the bluetooth system. In the end, most dealerships are pretty competitive on price, and unless you are buying luxury vehicles, most showrooms are essentially the same. What sets dealers apart is the people, and Bryan is definitely someone you should seek out if you're shopping for a Subaru. Plus, Grand Prix has an enticing free "VIP" program that could potentially save me thousands on oil changes and inspections over the life of the vehicle (I haven't been for service yet, but I'm anticipating good things). More
