End result is all that matters I recently purchased a Forester at Grand Prix Subaru. I became interested in the Subaru Forester after reading reviews on Consumers Report and KBB and I recently purchased a Forester at Grand Prix Subaru. I became interested in the Subaru Forester after reading reviews on Consumers Report and KBB and decided to do a test drive. My husband joined me and we didn't have an appointment so were lucky a sales person was available to help us. Our sales person Jamie Borack was very gracious with her time and not only took us for a test drive, she also took us to the lot to see the inventory so we could make a educated decision. Jamie was very knowledgeable and provided us with all the facts up front. We haggled quite a bit on the numbers but the end result is all that matters and we all walked away happy. Jamie took good care of us and had everything ready for the pick up down the last detail. I drove in with an old car and drove out about 30 minutes later with a brand new Forester. The end result, Jamie was great and I love my car. More

Extremely Satisfied with our deal Bryan took really good care of us from the minute we arrived. While other Subaru dealers in the area would not let us test drive the car we wanted, Br Bryan took really good care of us from the minute we arrived. While other Subaru dealers in the area would not let us test drive the car we wanted, Bryan took out the model from the showroom and let us drive it. He then helped us by working out all the different possibilities given our budget and trade-in, until we agreed on a deal that made everyone happy. Bryan gave us plenty of time and space to discuss our options privately until we had made our decision. The end result - a truly amazing deal with which we are completely satisfied. More

Pleased Twice in Less Than Two Years! This is the second Forester I have shopped for/purchased at Grand Prix. Last year I left with a 2010; last month I received an "exchange offer" and, with only 22,500 miles on a five year old Forester, I got very good numbers to encourage me to go for the 2015. Roy Wander was 100% helpful - and that is not enough to fairly state how he went above and beyond to answer my questions, even answering via Email late into the evening. He was, by far, the most professional and proficient saleman I have ever dealt with when shopping for a car. When I went to arrange for the bumper-to-bumper coverage, Howie covered all the bases without trying to sell me what I know I did not want: that's the best thing to have happen when sitting at that desk. All in all, Grand Prix Subaru is a place that I have recommended - and will continue to recommend, not only because of the quality of products but also because of the caliber of employees. DMc More

She is by far the most helpful, knowledgeable, personable and friendly salesperson we have ever met. The process of leasing a car for us in the past has been very lengthy and cumbersome, but not this time. She went the extra mile to figure out how we could get the car we wanted at the price we could afford. From start to finish she made the process very easy and comfortable for us. I was very pleased with the communication we had as I had several questions I needed to ask her by phone. She called me back every time and addressed and answered every question and concern we had. In the past when I had leased cars, the salesperson always told me things I needed to do post-transaction, like call my insurance company, fax some paperwork, etc. Jamie did everything for us, so all we needed to do was drive away, and we did, with our new 2015 Forester which we love.
