My family and I had an excellent experience purchasing two Subarus from this dealership. Everybody was very welcoming and friendly and I knew I was getting a very honest deal. It was great getting to know him. We also got acquainted with the owner, Dan. He and my children got along great and shared a few laughs. Kenny Katz ran the parts department, and he is a very charismatic person and I am glad I got to know him. Tom was also very helpful in assisting the removal of accessories from the car I had traded in. All equipment was returned to me in great condition. Ray worked the finance department and again, got along with my family. He was very transparent in showing me all the figures and I am relieved that I was able to work through him. Toward the end, we met the Director, Clinton. In passing, he wanted to make sure that my family and I were comfortable and if we needed anything. All in all, this was the best experience I have ever had in my 25 years of shopping at various dealerships. I plan to come back in the future and to send anybody I know to Grand Prix Subaru.
