I knew what I was looking for, a new Subaru Forester, and Roy Wander, a Senior Sales Consultant, was able to help me, and expedite the process. He knew of a one (that had the accessories that I wanted),on it's way from another city to Hicksville, that was not purchased yet.. He went in to the site and put my name on it. This way I was able to pick it up in a few days, rather than wait 2 months for a new one to be made, I traded in my 2005 Jeep Liberty, and thanks to Roy and the management, I got much more than I had been offered by other dealerships. I even got more than I had expected than if I sold it privately. It was also explained to me that the trade-in amount can be deducted from the purchase amount when considering the taxes because it was from a dealer. I also worked with Shawn Mayers for financing who was professional, and the paperwork was done painlessly. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. More

Eric Baltazar and Shawn Mayers were extremely helpful and patient. They didn't pressure me into anything, i walked around the lot and gave Eric numerous cars to check out for me and he was more than happy to do so. They had a great assortment of pre-owned vehicles. I ended up falling in love with one of the vehicles - a subaru forester. As a female i didn't feel like they pressured me or took advantage (like some car sales men do). Shawn Mayers worked out a great deal for me, and made sure when i was ready to pick the car it was in immaculate condition. I really appreciate all the time that they spent helping me and making sure i was happy and satisfied with the car and the whole experience. What made come back to GrandPrix is how Paul was the one who asked me if I belong to any club such as COSTCO and informed me that they were part of that club and I would save money by buying through Costco. Prior to meeting Eric, if you asked me my opinion of car salesmen in general, my response would be "irritating." Eric and the good folks at Grand Prix Subie, however, are an anomaly to that statement. Eric was able to understand my current position and budget, and did not force anything upon me. In fact, Eric owned the same car I had my eyes on , and was able to relate to me about previous cars we've owned, and provide me true opinions and advice, rather than the typical "just buy it" "now" "dont wait" "sign here" "youre not getting a better deal anywhere else" sales pitch. Eric worked with me in a comfortable fashion, and did not get me stressed out. I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of purchasing a new or used car through Grand Prix. Great customer service all around. Very happy with my purchase. More

Kosta know his stuff. Thumbs up. Overall a very pleasant experience. Grand Prix's stock is very good and it is not high pressure. So I bought the car I wanted and didn't waste time. We met at an agreeable figure pretty quickly. I will say he KNOWS his cars. This was my tenth new car purchase and he was by far the most informed about the car being delivered. I am very impressed with his diligence. He takes his job seriously, but is easy going at the same time. I would buy another car from him -- no question. Ray helped out on the paperwork. That went surprisingly smoothly considering I had 2 of my little ones along with me at delivery. He gave (bribed) them with 2 Subaru matchbox cars as we signed docs -- super clever of him to have that stash! He's a nice guy too, no pressure. This was my second purchase from Grand Prix. Any Long Islanders looking at a Subaru should consider giving Kosta and Grand Prix the opportunity. More
