I just took 2 F-150 trucks I bought thru another dealer to the service department. I spent over 5k on both vehicles combined. The first vehicle is a 2013 f150 that would overheat after 80 miles when I brou to the service department. I spent over 5k on both vehicles combined. The first vehicle is a 2013 f150 that would overheat after 80 miles when I brought to their department. Within a week at their service department - they could not tell me what was wrong. After spending $2,500 on that vehicle with getting maintenance and their suggestions done on it… I also asked them to change the radiator - they advised that did not need to be done. So I picked my truck up when they were done working on it, and my check engine light immediately came on when leaving, overheated within 5 miles of leaving the dealership. I then took this truck to another shop who advised that I definitely needed a new radiator… the one thing the service department told me I didn’t need. They also told me it needed a sensor - but it no longer existed. I then bought the sensor that “no longer existed” for $8 at auto zone. Honestly it is not professional at all - I had to call them constantly to even get updates in reference to the truck. If you value your money, time, and would like to pay for your vehicle to actually get fixed. Do NOT go here! More
