Dishonest!!! They lied to us about the car they sold us! Told us that they had done full inspection and replaced brakes. 3 weeks after buying car we are now looking at thousands of dollars in repairs. I will never purchase from this dealership anymore. We was told that the vehicle was clean and no problems was wrong with it. Within a day or two the car started making a very LOUD noise. It had to be imm was told that the vehicle was clean and no problems was wrong with it. Within a day or two the car started making a very LOUD noise. It had to be immediately repaired and we found out upon a professional inspection that there was some issues with paint run offs in several locations on the car..which suggests that it was an attempt to repair the car due to damages and there was different color paint, along with damaged bumper. Damaged wheel bearings etc.. this dealership we believe intentionally failed to disclose that the car had been damaged. The dealership refused to cooperate once we contacted them to rectify the problem. Buyer’s Beware!!! More
These people are the RUDEST, deceitful, most unhelpful ever. We purchased a car on 4/28 and it took them until JUNE to send in our payoff for our trade in vehicle. We even had to pay an extra month's loa ever. We purchased a car on 4/28 and it took them until JUNE to send in our payoff for our trade in vehicle. We even had to pay an extra month's loan, out of fear of them tarnishing our credit being that they took so long to take care of it. Then the licensing & registration for the new vehicle was supposed to be taken care of by them as well. I called numerous times to follow up, and was advised that all was being taken care of and not to worry. 3 days before the temp plate was about to expire I called again and spoke with them to find out when they applied for the permanent plate. Aurora advised that she sent in the paperwork back in May, but being that THEY never had an emissions test done on the vehicle before they sold it to us, a plate could not be issued. I asked why they never contacted us to let us know and she told me with an attitude, "that's not my department". So we had to rush with 2 business days to spare and get the emissions test done and apply for the plate/registration ourselves. May I also add, that the car was sold and handed over to us with wheel locks on the tires, no lock key was provided......AND 2 OF THE TIRES WERE MISSING LUG NUTS. Right after noticing we had to bring the car into our mechanic and have him break the wheel lock off, replace them, and the MISSING LUG NUTS. We have purchased many cars over the years and have never had an experience like this. We will definitely stick to the dealership we normally frequent as we know they can be trusted. We only went to this one because they were the only one with this specific vehicle for sale. I wish I had done my homework before this purchase and we have definitely learned a hard & valuable lesson. Please don't mistake this review as being written by a disgruntled customer, their practice is far from fair. Buyer beware. And if I can help one person from going through what we have, I have paid it forward. More
I bought a car at this dealership 5/26/2021 and was very happy with the experience. I don’t know why the place has gotten so many bad reviews. Sherard Reddick was very helpful, polite, and professional. Nic happy with the experience. I don’t know why the place has gotten so many bad reviews. Sherard Reddick was very helpful, polite, and professional. Nicole Bradley was working her very first day in the financial department and made the transaction easy. The price was fair, the people friendly and knowledgeable, and the service was attentive. More
DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!This place is horrible. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! This place is horrible. They have a special going on that if you review them good, you had a 2 year oil change. This DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! This place is horrible. They have a special going on that if you review them good, you had a 2 year oil change. This is the ONLY REASON they are getting stars!!! They will sell you a car that needs repairs and try to hide it!!! Once you find out they give you the run around and will never fix it!! Danny and the customer service department are disrespectful and unskilled. So many customers are having issues getting their vehicles fixed After they have been sold to them. Buyer BEWARE!!! I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and it was the biggest mistake of m 17 minutes ago-Edit WARNING!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STEALERSHIP!!!! I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and it was the biggest mistake of my life. The purchase was made in November and after leaving the lot with the car it was discovered that they unhooked the battery in an attempt to hide any fault codes. After driving the car about 10 miles, several codes and lights appeared on the dash. They held the car for 3 MONTHS while I had to make the payment while these clowns attemped to do the repairs. More
The worst experience. David the manager is HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. PLEASE NOT NOT EVER GO HERE. I left work and came here to buy my car. I already had financing from my credit union and did the Bill UNPROFESSIONAL. PLEASE NOT NOT EVER GO HERE. I left work and came here to buy my car. I already had financing from my credit union and did the Bill of Sale, got the car added to my insurance and sent the bill of sale and insurance declaration to my Credit Union. I put them directly in touch with my credit union and they were going to overnight the check. The next morning (less than 24 hours later) I called and spoke to the Manager David to get clarity of a few items and sent him an email confirming our conversation. I sent a text to Nicole (sales) following up and a couple hours later she sent a text that the car had been sold. Nicole was fine through the process and honestly did her best—- BUT DAVID HER MANAGER MADE THE SITUATION WORST. I had already put insurance on the car (which i provided them and the auto dealer) and had the bill of sale. I spoke to the manger "DAVID" and what an unprofessional individual. Let’s be clear, this is a business that is here to make money and I was bringing my business to you. Granted you sold the car BUT I WAS TREATED horribly by David!!! I am a well educated black woman and worthy of respect!! DAVID!! Just an class A unprofessional and rude human that showed no empathy!!! I did notice that this place had lots and lots of bad reviews and I should have stayed away. Please listen before you waste your time. I will take my business somewhere else and will NEVER do business with this HORRIBLE place again. HORRIBLE BUSINESS More
