DO NOT BUY HERE! !! THEY LIE ABOUT THE CAR FAX AND THEN KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT. I purchased a car on 4/7/22 my sales person name was mackenzie she’s was as sweet as she cou !! THEY LIE ABOUT THE CAR FAX AND THEN KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT. I purchased a car on 4/7/22 my sales person name was mackenzie she’s was as sweet as she could be but management suck. Let me start by saying the car was ok at first sight after taking it home I noticed it was nasty on the in side, the back tire rotten, mileage was fabricated, they don’t have any Ford floor mats, I was told they would just go get them from another Ford on the premises but after my purchase she told me the car was no longer on the lot so I was left with one floor mat on the driver side that was already raggedy . I was told that the carfax on the grey 2018 Ford Fusion hybrid was clean with no accidents. Once I got it home I noticed on 4/11/22 there was a Ford collision sticker located on the door by the vin. I called Ford collision center and they confirmed that the car was in there shop May of 2018 and had work done on it due to an accident. I called and spoke with the most unprofessional “manager” name Travis. He told me that it’s not their fault and they are not responsible I would have to contact Carfax. I told him I will come on 2/12/22 on my day off to return the vehicle and he told me that I’m going to bring it today if not they was filing a stolen report on the vehicle. And that’s when everything went left. I did not appreciate him threatening me. TRAVIS IS THE SAME PERSON THAT TRIED TO FORCE me to get a warranty on paint and etc that was $1999.95. When I asked for him to removed it he stated that he couldn’t because it was something they put on the car when they first come in. My fiancé had to let him no again that we didn’t want the warranty and he denied to take it off three times until my fiancé said we not buying the car unless they take it off and that’s when he removed it. I get a call from another manager named Ron and he told me that if I bring the car today that he will give me my money back from the deposit which was $500. He did let me know that he got off at 6:00 PM and another manager will help me which he did not. He gave me a paper that I know i didn’t sign and it wasn’t given to me with my originally contract. They tell me I have to pay fees for $100 a day from purchase plus $2.95 per mile due to them breaching the contract by lie’n about the carfaxSo now I have to file a claim against them for my $500 dollars and more. Once again DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. More
I bought a 2017 Q 50 with a premium extended warranty and when I took it into Infiniti they told me that my turbos weren’t working the motor was sludged out and they are not covering repairs. I have all my paperwork for all of my maintenance that was done on time and kept up with the year that I had the car. Grand motor told me to bring my car back and left me with a Chevrolet until they figure something out. I did not go in there and buy a luxury vehicle to drive around in a piece of crap Chevrolet loaner from them and be without my car for almost 2 weeks and then it’s going to be indefinite because I don’t know how long they’re going to have my car. I have all my paperwork for all of my maintenance that was done on time and kept up with the year that I had the car. Do not go in here and buy a car from them and think that you are safe because you bought an extended warranty that covers even your motor because their warranty company will deny your claim. RUN!! I have given the dealership two weeks and they have done nothing for me and now I have filed a claim with the attorney General‘s office. Do not buy a car or warranty. Both will be useless. More

Place is a joke sold me an unsafe car I told them I didn't want it after driveing it home I came back the next day told them it had problems . They said they would fix it. Car sat at there lot for 2 we didn't want it after driveing it home I came back the next day told them it had problems . They said they would fix it. Car sat at there lot for 2 weeks and they called me and told me it was fixed. The service manager told me himself no one looked at the car. Needless to say I haven't ÷ven made my first payment and it's gonna cost me $6000.⁰⁰ just to make it safe that's not even includeing everything else wrong with the car.
