Don't try to work a deal online I was interested in one of their cars that I found via another website. One of their sales people was the first to reach out to me via email early th I was interested in one of their cars that I found via another website. One of their sales people was the first to reach out to me via email early the next morning. In his email, he said to reply to the email or text him for a faster reply. I sent a reply to his email and had to follow up twice to get a reply for the first time 7 hours later. I texted him as well and over 24 hours later, nobody has replied to my text messages. The only email reply I received late in the afternoon was asking about the stock number, which was in my text from early that morning. Then, at 8:30 p.m. that night, I received an email from another sales person stating the car I was looking for had been sold and that he would be happy to help me find another car. It was then I realized that these emails and the text number were automated. I received 2 more emails the next morning telling me that they have not been able to get in touch with me (what a joke) and that my car was sold. I even sent them a reply that first night expressing my frustration in waiting all day and night to work a deal for the car I wanted only to be told 12 hours after my inquiry that the car had been sold. Poor customer service all around. Waste of my time. More

Flew in from Orlando and will be flying in for the next!!!!! I had been looking for a BMW 650i Xdrive with specific options and price. This vehicle was 450 miles away and the pictures, options and pricing was so I had been looking for a BMW 650i Xdrive with specific options and price. This vehicle was 450 miles away and the pictures, options and pricing was so great that I was wary. "If it sounds too good to be true ……." I spoke to Julie my sales woman she knew everything about the car inside and out. She assured me the vehicle was in excellent condition. I flew in and as promised the vehicle was immaculate. I drove it to the local BMW dealership and upon inspection I was assured the vehicle was mechanically sound. Mark the finance manager was great, he managed to get me a better interest rate than any of the banks I applied with!! He explained all of my warranty options and Gap don't ever buy a car without it!! In a nutshell Incredible customer service, quality product, and impressive pricing!!!!! More

I buy a Land Rover Worse place to buy a care there. I bought a 2008 Land Rover and the day I went to pick the truck up they told me that it was gonna be ready the next d Worse place to buy a care there. I bought a 2008 Land Rover and the day I went to pick the truck up they told me that it was gonna be ready the next day and it wasn’t it took them 2 weeks to give me the truck on top of that I was working in TN so they deliver the truck there. When they did they didn’t even put a tag there. I call them once a week to get them to send me the tag and a Month later they didn’t. So I call them today and the manager told me that the only thing he could do it was to email me the tag. They were suppose to fix a back tire in the truc and they didn’t. The experience buying a car there was horrible. I won’t buy a car there ever again in my life and for my experience I won’t recommend any one to go there and buy a car. More
