Julie is amazing! Great deals! We have bought 2 trucks from this dealership. The first we bought in October and it was totaled in Jan. The insurance company gave us 4K OVER what we paid for the truck- that’s how good of a deal we got on the truck. So, we scoured the internet yet again for truck #2 and found the beat deals at Grand Motor Cars again. We asked for Julie because she was so great to work with. She’s very honest and really tries to get you the beat deal and works to get you what you want in your price range. The ONLY reason I took off 1 Star is because I didn’t like how the finance guy was trying to push us into buying Gap Insurance. I’ve never had it before on any vehicle I’ve bought and he insisted we had it on our truck that was totaled- we didn’t. He just kind of had an attitude after refusing the Gap Insurance. Besides that, we had a great experience! More

LITERALLY Round Peg Square Hole People These are the type of car salesmen that they warn you about. I did my research prior to coming here so I knew what I wanted. Julie, the salesperson, w These are the type of car salesmen that they warn you about. I did my research prior to coming here so I knew what I wanted. Julie, the salesperson, was nice and accommodating but that’s about where the pleasant experience ended. As she was doing the final sell, I noted that the tires were bald, the rear running boards didn’t appear to work and the 120V power outlet was missing in the back console. She said they’d be fixed and not to worry. I come back the next day to pick up the truck and the tires were replaced, that was it. She said they’d order the part for the 120V and the running boards would get fixed the same day. When I was driving it back, I realized it was still in 4X4 mode so I took it off, only to hear this grinding noise when I accelerated. I called and told Julie immediately and after asking if I bought the warranty (uh oh) she said they’d look at it when I brought it back. Weeks go by, I call every couple of days to see if they ordered my parts. Alazar, the service manager, was nearly impossible to reach and returned my phone call 1 out of 15 (not exaggerating). Half the people who answered the phone didn’t even know they HAD a service department. The part was shipped to ME for some reason and was the cigarette power adapter, not the 120V. They had the (circular) part (for the square hole) sent to their office and then they shipped it to me, like I was going to install it. So I called service and told them they ordered the wrong part. Weeks later, same thing, sent it to me for some stupid reason. They told me when I first purchased the vehicle that the tag would be mailed to me. The temporary tag expired and when I tried to get it renewed at the tag office, they said the emissions weren’t current on it. When I go back to the dealership to get the 120V installed, I included a list of things that needed to be checked out that weren’t working since day 1 (the rear running boards, tires groaning past a certain turn radius, the emissions, the 120V, heated seats and that grinding noise). I even brought it in on a day they said they had nothing going on. TWO WEEKS LATER, after many unreturned phone calls, I was told it was ready. When I got there, Alazar when through all the things I had given him to check on. Out of all of them, they fixed the power outlet and the emissions. Two weeks to do something that should have taken an hour, tops. I didn’t think they’d want to fix any of the other problems, but the rear running boards were contingent upon me buying the thing. They said it wasn’t in the notes and they couldn’t honor it. I talked to Julie, who sounded very apologetic (about the running boards anyways) and said they had a massive overhaul of management and she’d look for the paperwork that promised me that much. It’s been a week and no return phone call. I’ve had their number on speed dial because of their lack of communication but I’m done with it now, I’m too tired to babysit these people. I own a business and will undoubtedly need more trucks in the future but I’ll be damned if I ever purchase from these people again. More
