Finance department needs work. We were in the office with Curtis for over 1.5 hour. He would not let us finalize the deal without purchasing extended warranty even though we declined it. We went in on the last day of the month to purchase the car and realize the pressure to make sales, however, that was unprofessional. He printed the documents with the warranty for us to sign. We had to walkaway and Julie had to call the manager before he gave us documents without the warranty. WHICH WAS FINE WITH ME. However, VERNON went behind my back and called my bank and fabricated lies to both me and my bank. When I confronted VERNON about his sneaky behavior, he got upset and stated that I was lying. I then informed the manager and the manager basically did not care and still wanted me to purchase the vehicle from them. I WILL NEVER CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THIS SHADY DEALERSHIP ESPECIALLY THEIR SHADY SALES ASSOCIATE VERNON. More
