OK, I usually don't leave reviews unless I think it helps a buyer make a purchase decision, or the seller achieve the recognition they deserve. In this case, it will be the earlier and not the later. Buyers a buyer make a purchase decision, or the seller achieve the recognition they deserve. In this case, it will be the earlier and not the later. Buyers beware! I have given these guys a chance to make good, but I got no response. I flew in from out of state to purchase a vehicle that appeared to be in great shape in the photos. Was ensured everything was copacetic, and that the dealer performs a 140-point mechanical inspection before used vehicles get listed for sale. There wouldn't be any issues, I was told. Once I made it to the dealer, after a crappy flight and a one and a half hour Lyft ride, I got to see the car. I must be honest, the car looked good, paint was OK interior nice and clean for its age. However, on the test drive I realized the engine wasn't running right, some of the switches weren't functional, such as the mirror adjuster switch, pass window switch, etc. The vehicle had a loud audible clunk in the rear right as well! Trunk and hood struts were gone too. Regardless, I had asked for some money back, since the car was not as advertised but got nothing. I was caught between a rock and a hard place; all rental shops were closed, and I decided to take the car. Stopped for lunch and after 5 miles of driving the CEL came on together with a bunch of other lights. We limped home the thousand or so miles and then I took the vehicle to the mechanic to get it sorted. The worst part here is that Grand Motorcars used a OBD reader to erase the codes that the vehicle presented, so that they could charge as much as they could for the vehicle and present it as trouble free. In the end, I ended up spending hundreds to get the car proper, and I still have to figure out the issue with the rear suspension. I called them and asked for some form of compensation, but once you sign on the dotted line, you're f*****. All who shop there, make sure you get the cars checked by independent mechanics before you purchase. My understanding is that the vehicles come from auction lots, and they all have some sort of problem regardless. I hope Grand Motorcars come to their senses. My first and only impression is that the owner and the managers are unscrupulous people who only look out for the bottom line. What a f****** shame. More
Hello, on Thursday 28 of December I contacted them to ask several preliminary questions about their 2018 Lexus and AJ was aggravated answering them. I told him before I drive 3hours 38 minutes to Georgia fro several preliminary questions about their 2018 Lexus and AJ was aggravated answering them. I told him before I drive 3hours 38 minutes to Georgia from Knoxville Tn to purchase this that I had 3-4 more questions and I asked him if he had time right then to answer them to which his reply was a stern NO! He paused then asked if he could Call me back in which I said yes. Did not call back so I contacted the Lexus dealer in Atlanta and went there on December 29 to purchase one of their Lexus vehicles. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the manner I was treated from Grand Motorcars. More

I am noticing a theme with this dealership and it's that you have to beg them to do their jobs. This was by far the worst experience I've had at a dealership especially being a long-distance buyer. My sales you have to beg them to do their jobs. This was by far the worst experience I've had at a dealership especially being a long-distance buyer. My sales associate never told me the vehicle had been in a severe accident and was nearly totaled. They also told me the vehicle would be towed to be delivered. Come to find out, they drove the vehicle to my house adding almost 300 miles to the vehicle which was never disclosed. The car broke down on me less than a week after I purchased it. When I inquired about the car’s issues, the dealership told me I owned the car and they didn’t care what happened once it left their lot. They have been outrageously rude to me since then; not helping me at all. They also lied saying the extended warranty was an added on factory warranty to the vehicle. They charged me for the warranty and will not help me cancel the warranty at all even though I’ve been trying for weeks. In fact, it’s almost impossible to get them to answer the phone. On to finance, the man didn't explain any of the papers while we were signing. It was extremely rushed and when I asked why the car ended up being more than asking price after I put 15k down, he had no answers. I went to another dealership to get clarification after the fact. Like I said, I have since been calling the finance person to remove the extended warranty after deciding I don't want it, and it's like begging all over again. Long story short, do NOT use this dealership if you can help it and if they say ANYTHING about a factory warranty, read carefully about the thousands of dollar charge. More

I am reluctantly writing this review. I will begin with, the sales person I dealt with (Josh) was the absolute worst and irresponsible car salesperson i've ever dealt with. Between not returning calls, to s the sales person I dealt with (Josh) was the absolute worst and irresponsible car salesperson i've ever dealt with. Between not returning calls, to seemingly avoiding calls (It got to the point where I had to block my number prior to dialing this company) I've never been treated this poorly. Actually all of the personnel i've worked with were not up to par. I received great attention prior to purchase however after I signed, they almost completely ignored me. There were a couple of things I was told they'd address and fix on my used car purchase which were not done. This is why I ought to have had them written on paper prior to signing/purchasing. I was offered a loaner car which was a 2004 lexus with 280K miles on it and they wanted me to sign a paper saying I was responsible if anything happened to the car. I.E. alternator, and so on. It took me more than a month to receive any real service to repair the scratches on the car promised to be repaired. Some of these scratches were eventually taken care of....... I purchased this car with the understanding (Carfax report) that there were no accidents with the vehicle. The Carfax report was clean however soon I noticed that the car had in fact been in an accident on the drivers side door. I asked them to fix this and they verbally said they'd fix the door. They never fixed it and to this day are ignoring my please to repair it.......I have never once (and i'm in my 60's) dealt with a car dealership that blatantly ignored after purchase customers....... I took it to a manager (Carl) and he asked me to call him and he'll give me a disposition on what they can do to fix the issue. I've been calling and calling him to no avail. Again, anyone who purchases from this dealership must be aware of what I am writing. More
