This sales people at this dealership are friendly and helpful. However, at this dealership there is a market adjustment of anywhere from $2K-6K on every new car on the lot. Then on top of that, they helpful. However, at this dealership there is a market adjustment of anywhere from $2K-6K on every new car on the lot. Then on top of that, they did not honor the price for my trade-in that was from their own website through KBB. They undervalued my trade by nearly $4K. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my vehicle, as it is a 2021 and has no scratches, marks, etc on either the interior or exterior. There is no need to stop at this dealership unless you want to pay more and receive less for your trade. On a side note - the building is in dire need of an update. More
