Like most dealers, they have NO cars to sell, due to supply issues. If people cannot buy a new car, they need to keep their old car, and have it serviced. Quit wasting $$ on commercials for cars you d supply issues. If people cannot buy a new car, they need to keep their old car, and have it serviced. Quit wasting $$ on commercials for cars you do not have to sell. Move employees from Sales where they are not needed, to Service representatives, where they are. It's not rocket science. Just try to call and you will know they are just as bad as all the rest. They don't even answer the phone. More
Beware Subaru travelers BEWARE TRAVELERS if you have to stop by the Grand Junction Subaru! You definitely will not get the same service as a local. You don't live in the area, so why would Grand Junction care if the treatment and attention you receive is subpar. I was greeted with enthusiasm by Lisa Chick, but that was the last time I heard or saw my service rep. I did immediately receive a text that she would be sending me updates, which never happened. In addition, I was never even told my car was ready! After noticing all the other service reps coming into the waiting room to notify their customers about their cars, customers who had arrived after I did, I went to check on my car. The keys and paperwork were sitting on her desk and she was nowhere to be found. No telling how long they had been sitting there. Another service rep had me sign the papers without going over anything, or even telling me where my car was. I had to ask. As far as the service, it appears to have been okay. I was having an oil change and tire rotation. I did realize later on, though, they did not fill up my windshield wiper fluid. I have called and texted to complain several times, and have received no response from Lisa Chick to this day. (In my opinion, she should be fired.) Ironically, I received a text from the same number but a different person a few days after my service, hoping my experience was "exceptional." Obviously, my earlier complaint texted to the same number was not read. It appears everything is a recording and there is actually no customer service. Only when I sent a text stating that Corporate Office might be interested in my complaint, did I get a response, specifically a reply text that this issue would be shared with the service manager immediately. No effort to contact me ever occurred until I complained to the Corporate Office. Then I received some calls, but I was camping and had no reception. I later called to speak to the owner, Ron, but he was out of town? I did finally reach him and he said he would call back within the hour. That was 17 days ago. My service was done in late June. The Corporate Office does have a ticket on my complaint, but even so, I am not satisfied with the results. So Subaru travelers, if you absolutely have to use Subaru Grand Junction, BEWARE! More

Excellent Service We were in Grand Jct to visit the city and took our Forester in for a passenger air bag repair on warranty recall. After dropping the car off at the service center at 8 AM, the courtesy shuttle driver (Sonny) took me back to our hotel . At 11 am , we received a text from the technician that the air bag was fixed and he also sent a text video of the inspection he did on the car to let us know we soon needed to replace the alternator belt and rear brakes pads. I was very impressed to see the video of the inspection, and appreciate knowing of the possible problems. Sonny picked us up at the hotel (along with all our luggage, and other stuff) to pick up the car. He is a very courteous and safe driver and answered all our questions about the city. Our Forester was driven right to us and had even been washed. We were extremely pleased with the service dept and all the personnel who work there. Outstanding Service Dept. On Sunday the 17th my wife and I were on I-70 heading to family in another state when coming over a rise a large piece of wood was in my lane, could n On Sunday the 17th my wife and I were on I-70 heading to family in another state when coming over a rise a large piece of wood was in my lane, could not avoid it and it hit the right front wheel blowing out the tire. Using Starlink they were able to get me towed to Grand Junction Suburu. Being Sunday the business was closed. Monday morning I conferred with the service manager after they pulled the rim and discovered the wood had actually damaged the rim beyond repair. They checked the tire out and it seemed OK, so he was going to put the old tire on a new rim, but when I told him we had another 1000 miles to drive, he ended up pulling a whole new tire with a matching rim so we would have a safe drive the rest of the way. I would add the car, an Outback was less than a week old. To me the service manager went that extra mile to make sure the rest of our trip would be trouble free. There aren't enough good words to show our appreciation to him so we would feel safe on our journey. If I lived in Grand Junction, they would have a customer for life. More
