Service department was very organized, clean, cordial, and a pleasure to have your car serviced. The waiting room was large with plenty of chairs, tv, computers for signing on to internet and a coffee bar and a pleasure to have your car serviced. Jason Nisley, who had guided me to two Outback purchases over the past 7 years, recognized me after so long, and we enjoyed catching up with each other. Zach, who had serviced my car previously, also recognized me and we had a good chat. The exceptional quality of the service here is so important, but the "personal connections" and trust make this one exceptional dealership whom I will always patronize. More

bought the vehicle two years ago. as the car was being serviced for delivery to me, the contoured floor mats were stolen out of the vehicle. i was told that is just a fecal occurren as the car was being serviced for delivery to me, the contoured floor mats were stolen out of the vehicle. i was told that is just a fecal occurrence so just suck it up. i have not been back for any service since then. began having a problem with the brakes, took it to my mechanic to have it diagnosed. they checked it out, could not find a problem so they bled the system. that did not help and told me that i must go to the dealer because their diagnostic equipment would be able to diagnose the system. the service writer completely butchered the description i gave him of the problem. the tech told me that it had air in the system. i was charged $185 for a miss-diagnosis. not a happy camper. We have been bringing our Subaru in to Grand Junction Subaru for service for almost 11 years. The techs and staff have always been informative and kind. When our vehicle needs more work they send us home Subaru for service for almost 11 years. The techs and staff have always been informative and kind. When our vehicle needs more work they send us home with a loaner even though we live almost 2 hours away. This is a wonderful service! They also have a shuttle to take you where you need to go. If any issues arise they communicate and make sure you approve any repairs before foing them. More
