Just completed the lease of our 2012 Outback. All I can say is WOW....no pressure or hype. All employees were friendly and courteous. Deal came together very smoothly. Not a "typical" dealership. Evan was knowlegable, courteous, and easy to talk with. He answered all our questions...and if he didn't know the answer, he would ask someone who could. Evan and Sean happily stayed after hours to complete our paperwork and to show us how our new vehicle operated. Evan even took the time to pair our phones to the bluetooth. I bought my 2011 Outback from Grand Junction Subaru and have had nothing but positive experiences from the friendly sales staff to the helpful service department. I was pleasantly surprised at how easily have had nothing but positive experiences from the friendly sales staff to the helpful service department. I was pleasantly surprised at how easily we were able to agree on a fair price for the vehicle and did not feel pressured by sale's pitches. Dave Isaacks has been most helpful with follow-up, from helping program the blue-tooth phone to programming the garage opener. I appreciate the free shuttle service to work and pick up when I drop my Outback off for oil changes and tire rotations. I would not hestitate to recommend this dealership and will be coming back for future car purchases. More
