After enjoying our first Outback from this dealership for nine years, it was time for us to return. Shortly after we arrived at the lot we were met by Tony Lopez who stayed with us for several hours as we s nine years, it was time for us to return. He was courteous, friendly, obliging and helpful. Never did he make us feel like we were imposing upon him or his time or the company. When we returned the next week we asked for him and he immediately joined us, remembered us and did everything he could to accommodate us. By mid-afternoon we drove away in our new Outback.
