Friendly fast service. Still recommended thoroughly looking over the vehicle you are purchasing and having some mechanical/ownership knowledge of the vehicle you are interested in, as specifics can be hard for a dealership to know, and it's always a good idea to pop the hood and crawl underneath to take a look when purchasing used vehicles from private parties or dealerships so that you know what you are getting. Subaru was the only one to not jerk me around, run my credit needlessly and simply told me "There's just nothing we can do right now." To me that was the most responsible answer and showed respect for me and my time! For that kind of integrity I said when I was ready (able) to buy I be back. Last week I went into the dealership and was greeted by a wonderful sales rep Frankie. She was very friendly, and confident that they could help, and they did! After several hours she came in and told me they had a financer and I just needed to pick a car! I had one in mind but Frankie showed me several more and the one I actually purchased was far more than I ever expected! She made sure I got the very most for my money, and she did it with NO pressure. The decision was fully mine and I couldn't be happier! She is a fantastic person and a class act sales rep! Leased my first Brand New car!! I was driving a ’95 Dodge Ram Cummins Diesel truck that ran fine but was TERRIBLE to drive on icy roads, and living in Colorado, I definitely needed t I was driving a ’95 Dodge Ram Cummins Diesel truck that ran fine but was TERRIBLE to drive on icy roads, and living in Colorado, I definitely needed to get something safer and a lot less scary to drive in the winter. My mom had bought a Subaru Legacy from Frankie about 4 years ago, and I had driven it on icy roads and when it was snowing, and loved it! So I knew I wanted something with all-wheel drive, better gas mileage than my Dodge, and a hatch back for some cargo room. I also knew I wanted to lease a vehicle. (New vehicle every 3 years, 3 year bumper to bumper warranty, lower payment options. It was a no brainer for me!) My sister also bought her car from Frankie last year, so I knew exactly where I wanted to start looking. After some internet research and a test-drive, the one I really wanted was the Crosstrek, but sadly, I could not afford the payments. However, Frankie was patient with me and helped me to find the right car that I could afford and that met my needs. I ended up leasing a brand new 2014 Subaru Impreza, pearl white with black interior. Lovely! I wasn't actually planning on buying a car that day, and although I went in there just to check things out and see what payment options I had, I walked out with my very first brand new car! She even gave it to me with a full tank of gas! It’s super fun to drive and just zoom around town in! (It has some pretty good get-up-and-go for only being a 4 cylinder!) Something else that I was concerned about was how much my insurance rates would go up, going from liability on an 18-year-old vehicle, to full coverage on a brand new vehicle. But happily, because of Subaru’s high safety rating, it only went up about $20! Now I feel much safer, (not to mention fancy), and am super happy with my purchase! All the girls at the office were really jealous when I pulled up in it on Monday morning! Thank you Frankie and everyone at Grand Junction Subaru! I Almost can’t wait until my lease is up so I can do it again! :) More
