One Great Experience at Subaru. When I went to Subaru I really wasn't expecting to drive off the lot that day with the exact car I had in mind. I was greeted immediately when I arrived and was asked what I was interested in and they got right to helping with my needs. A Day at the Subaru car lot:) I planned June 7, 2014 as the day my husband Robin and I would go car shopping. My original plan was to go to Subaru, Honda, and maybe to the Ford dea I planned June 7, 2014 as the day my husband Robin and I would go car shopping. My original plan was to go to Subaru, Honda, and maybe to the Ford dealership. Well we didn't get past the Subaru lot. We are a Subaru family, my son and my parents both have a Subaru and love them. My old car hasn't been too dependable and it was time to get me something that was. We had previously worked with a different salesman, and had planned to have him help us again, we were surprised to hear he was no longer there. When we first arrived we were glad that 8 salesman didn't knock us over to help us, we joked together that they were at least giving us time to look and maybe they were drawing numbers, ha ha. Lee Carlson was helping another couple and as he walked by us he was friendly and said he would help us in a minute, we assured him we were fine and just looking. It was really nice that we were able to look at many cars without being bothered, I found a couple that I really liked, and it was perfect timing when Lee Carlson came back to see if we needed any help, we wanted to know approximately what the monthly payment would be on different cars, and he helped us with that, and when I said I didn't want a big payment and told him what price range would work for me he was wonderful about finding us the car that would be perfect. We did drive a couple of cars, and Lee was very pleasant, we all visited like we had been friends forever. When we got back on the lot he left us alone to discuss what we wanted to do. He really answered all of our questions, and then it was up to me to decide what I wanted. When I was ready he answered more questions and then started doing the paperwork. I know Lee Carlson is new to selling cars but we were very impressed, he was pleasant and easy to work with, he was never pushy and that means everything to me. I am glad that Lee Carlson was our salesman. And by the way I really love my new Subaru. Thank-you Lee Carlson and Subaru! You will see us again! Judy L More

Great dealer helped me find a great car When it was time for me to get my first car, the first place I thought to go was Grand Junction Subaru. My dad bought his 2009 Subaru Forester there a When it was time for me to get my first car, the first place I thought to go was Grand Junction Subaru. My dad bought his 2009 Subaru Forester there a few years ago and my whole family was really happy with it. A forester was my top car for me from the get-go, so we decided to stop by GJ Subaru. Lee Carlson was our dealer and was very helpful and friendly. He really cared about getting me a great and reliable first car. He was very courteous and friendly and shared stories with us and made a real connection. He also worked hard to find the right car that I was looking for, and showed us several different cars, all very good quality. Then, when he heard that a 2006 Subaru Forester was getting traded in, he made sure to put us as his first priority to show us the car and make sure we had the first look, even though there were more people who were interested. He made sure the whole process was comfortable and that we were informed of the car and everything that we would need to know. We test drove the car and he was very helpful the whole time and took care of any concerns we had. We decided to buy the car on the spot and he made sure that there were no surprises or anything. The car had low miles, was in great shape, and best of all, a low and convenient price, even lower than we had suggested that it be. This impressed me because it showed that they really want to actually get you the best car that you could possibly get for an affordable price. They kept the car for a couple days so they could inspect it and make sure it was in the best condition it could be in for me. They put new tires and new brakes on it as well as completely washed and cleaned the entire interior, and it didn't even cost anything. I've had my car for several weeks now, and it's exactly what they told me it would be. No surprises, and it's in great shape. It's EXACTLY what I wanted when I started looking for my first car. Lee Carlson did an awesome job at finding me the best car possible for an affordable price and I really recommend him. I am so happy with my car and I can't imagine having anything else. The entire process was perfect and completely painless. I strongly recommend Grand Junction Subaru and Lee Carlson for any car that you need because they will do the best job, as they've proven to me twice now. I am really happy with my entire experience!
