Excellent Overall Experience When I first began the car shopping experience, I'll admit that I was weary of the car salesmen. I went to a few other places before deciding to try m When I first began the car shopping experience, I'll admit that I was weary of the car salesmen. I went to a few other places before deciding to try my odds with Subaru - and I'm so glad I did. While salesmen at other car dealerships were pushy and never stopped hovering, the salesman who helped me at Subaru, Sean Cholas, was pleasantly different. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, answered any questions I had (and many I never would have thought to ask), identified important features of the vehicle during my test drive, and most importantly, gave me time to myself to think things over. It's difficult to truly consider your car buying options when someone is breathing down your neck, so it was a huge relief when Sean (and the other salesmen) gave me some much needed space to think. And once I had made my decision, Sean made the rest of the process just as easy. At this point, I was passed over to Marinda, who helped with paperwork (the kind that can easily become overwhelming if you don't know what you're doing). She made very sure that I understood exactly what it was that I was signing instead of just passing me paper after paper and saying "sign here." Overall, the staff at Subaru (specifically Sean and Marinda) were excellent to work with - I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle from a competent and friendly staff.
