She was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me out in a million different ways and was most responsive to my many questions and phone calls. Without any negotiating, she gave me an excellent price on a Subaru Outback and set up the car exactly how I wanted it. My son flew into Grand Junction and was met at the airport by the Grand Junction Subaru shuttle which drove him to the showroom to pick up his new cart. Erin then spent 3 hours going over the car with him and even took him around Grand Junction. Everything went perfectly.
