She is friendly, not pushy and incredibly knowledgeable about cars. I have had experiences in the past when we have gone to purchase a car for myself and the salesman just talked to my husband, not me. Erin D stayed late and spent a great deal of time going over the features of the car, set up my phone, has called several times to follow up. The finance person was great as well.
