I like to pre-research. When we arrived at the dealership, we weren't swarmed by salesmen, like has happened at other dealerships in the past. We gave our salesman, Jason, our budget numbers and what we were looking for in a vehicle. He asked a couple of pertinent questions. Showed us what we asked for and then offered an alternate vehicle suggestion based on our answers to his other questions. We ended up with a vehicle still within our budget, with a clean CarFax, low mileage, and better quality than we had expected to be able to find; and I didn't have to fight the numbers to get there. I left knowing we had been treated with respect and received a fair deal. Thank you, Jason. More

We were never pressured at all by the salesman. This was the best treatment we have ever had at a dealership. We could feel the family closeness among the other departments ( like service and finance). They all seemed to share the same common view of "don't push, just let the customer decide." We love our Subaru and would recommend this dealership to everyone. It is honest and upfront and "the best dealership we have ever dealt with." More

It was literally a hand shake over the phone and 5 weeks later I had a brand new vehicle. The dealership is honest and backs their products to fullest. Of course, Subaru is a great quality product. I was in the process of relocating to California July 2015. One of the big pieces of the puzzle was to acquire the Outback so I could drive to California to start my new job. Sean kept me informed throughout the entire process and was incredibly honest. There was "zero" room for error. I would highly recommend this dealership and Sean for any future purchases. Real customer service and respect is obviously understood at the top of the organization and passed on to all personnel. All of the employees that we dealt with were friendly, helpful, eager to please, and fair in their dealings with us. We also had our standard maintenance done here for the past three years and never regretted it. I should also mention that we drive 120 miles out of our way to do business with this dealership rather than our local dealer! More
