Buying a car was a pleasant experience Two weeks ago I took possession of our new Outback. Being an infrequent car buyer, I was not looking forward to the negotiating process. But it turned out to be a comfortable, even pleasant, experience. Dave is an amiable person and easy to deal with. I was treated with respect and encouraged to take my time in determining what I wanted in a new car. I came in with a long list of questions which he answered easily. The process went smoothly and now that it is finalized Dave continues to assist me in the learning how to use the many electronic features found in our new car. I'd ordered touch up paint and went to get on Saturday afternoon. Pulling into the lot I cut the turn too short , hit the curb and ruined the front tire. Again- Saturday at around 4 Pm.. The service staff immediately tried to find me a tire, places were all closed- no tire! This is my only car mind you. They offered that if I would pay for a tire, they would swap out one from a brand new car on the lot, like mine, no charge for mount and balance. Now that's service!!! More
