A car that old comes with risks but it was a gem at 78k miles. I did have some trouble with it, which added up to about $600 in repairs. Shawn was instrumental in getting Grand Junction Subaru to cover the costs. and was extremely reliable during the whole process. As long as I am living in the area I will be buying my cars through him and Grand Junction Subaru. More

Outstanding Service Dept. On Sunday the 17th my wife and I were on I-70 heading to family in another state when coming over a rise a large piece of wood was in my lane, could n On Sunday the 17th my wife and I were on I-70 heading to family in another state when coming over a rise a large piece of wood was in my lane, could not avoid it and it hit the right front wheel blowing out the tire. Using Starlink they were able to get me towed to Grand Junction Suburu. Being Sunday the business was closed. Monday morning I conferred with the service manager after they pulled the rim and discovered the wood had actually damaged the rim beyond repair. They checked the tire out and it seemed OK, so he was going to put the old tire on a new rim, but when I told him we had another 1000 miles to drive, he ended up pulling a whole new tire with a matching rim so we would have a safe drive the rest of the way. I would add the car, an Outback was less than a week old. To me the service manager went that extra mile to make sure the rest of our trip would be trouble free. There aren't enough good words to show our appreciation to him so we would feel safe on our journey. If I lived in Grand Junction, they would have a customer for life. More
