Great experience buying a new 2017 Outback After reviewing all the new safety features on the new Outbacks, we decided to replace our 2012 Outback with a new 2017. While peering through the wi After reviewing all the new safety features on the new Outbacks, we decided to replace our 2012 Outback with a new 2017. While peering through the windows of various Outbacks on the lot at Grand Junction Subaru, we were greeted by Brad White. He took us for a test drive in a new 2017 Outback and told us about all the new features in it. We decided to take our time buying a new Outback and even though they didn't have exactly the color and options we wanted, he kept in touch with us throughout and found the color and options on an Outback in the area they could get. He made us an offer we couldn't refuse and about a week later, we stopped by to let him know we had decided to accept his excellent offer. Brad went over the car with us thoroughly and took his time explaining all the new safety features. All in all a very smooth process with no stress or pushy sales tactics by GJ Subaru!! Also got the 0% financing for 4 years working with Erin McNeely. Highly recommended! By the way, their Grand Junction Subaru's Service Department rocks too, they spent a lot of time having to troubleshoot a very problematic alternator in our 2012 Outback last year, but got it resolved. They were very good about keeping us informed during the entire time they had our car for service. More

5 Star Sales and Service at Subaru Grand Junction! Okay, Normally I don't write reviews, unless I am impressed. Hence this Review. First lots of nice rides, And don't worry about being hounded to DEATH Okay, Normally I don't write reviews, unless I am impressed. Hence this Review. First lots of nice rides, And don't worry about being hounded to DEATH. Second, If you can, grab a guy up by the name of Shawn Kyle. Heres why. On point, no rushing you, and professional. If the guy could open a school and please do, and teach others how to do this. There would no longer be stigmatism about car sales men. And to back it up. If you need service for your car, this place is off the chain. Not only before we even bought the car. They went thru it again, without asking even. And they ripped into to it to find any challenges. And granted they found them, There was a lot. Some one traded it in, and did NOT care for it properly. So a week went by while they worked on it. And the 2006 B9 Tribeca well, comes as new as it could possibly be and detailed by a pro company to boot.. New motor parts, and interior parts as well. New tires even. But the best part wasn't even that. It was months later. Took it back and in to have it looked at. Seal was leaking on it. And they were like, we should of caught this originally. And 5 days later. And a gracious loaner of a 2016 Subaru forester, which by the way they did not have to do. But insisted on us having it for the inconvenience to drive around. Nice car by the way!. Any way, thinking thats it right, Well it had got two recalls on it in those 5 days they had it. They called up and said, mind if we keep it and do them. I was beyond Impressed at this point. And of course said, by all means. So we get 2 calls from the dealer service dept. after we have it. And Shawn Kyle as well to make sure we were happy with the service and repair. Hold on, your like wow, thats great and how it should be. Well how often in the middle of that process the owner comes to you and says. How is my sales team treating you? How is my service dept. treating you? I am this point in the middle of the repairs, dealing with LIFE events, you know the ones. Like when the last thing you need is for your car to be down. And the owner says to me, call me anytime, hands me his personal card by the way, thats truly unheard of. And says if there are any issues you have. Call me. Okay at this point Im thinking who does this, am I at a car lot. No, I realize I am not. I am at Subaru and Volkswagen showroom floor, and feel like I am in a five star hotel with this kind of service. And it didn't hit my bank account like I was at one either. So if you have any doubts after this review. You went in with a bad attitude to start with. Have fun there, and get a nice ride. You will be happy you did! More

He was knowledgeable and dedicated to meeting all my needs which included after market skid plates that the service department found and gladly installed. I met Luis in the serviced department when he enthusiastically showed me the installation of the aforementioned skid plates when I asked to see the car on a lift. When it came down to the paperwork Andrew M. was there to guide me competently through the process and help get me on my way out the door with my new purchase. I cannot thank the staff enough for making the experience of buying a new car professional and fun. More

We were interested in the 3.6 Limited model (which are not as common as the 2.5 liter ones) and Tom Tyrrell was doggedly determined to find for us exactly the one that we wanted. Several possibilities from other dealers to be delivered to Grand Junction were sold before we could "pounce" but we were finally united with one that matched our wish list. Jason Nisley was a terrific, articulate, and engaging tutor who patiently walked us through all of its many features and customization options. We enthusiastically recommend Grand Junction Subaru. Best Dealer in the Grand Valley! My husband and I had decided it was time to upgrade to a more reliable vehicle as mine was becoming less so. We visited many dealers in the Grand Valley and test drove a bunch of different options we thought would best suite our needs. This was one of the best dealers to work with in town. No pressure sales, not pushy to get you in a car today, it was a very pleasant experience. We worked with Tory Turpin who was wonderful. Easy to talk to, listened to what we needed and wanted out of a vehicle, was able to provide a great amount of detail on all the Subaru models. Again no pressure what so ever. We made our decision and decide an Outback was for us. Being that this was a big commitment as we stick with our vehicles, it only made sense to get everything we wanted. We walked in with a list of our must haves. Tory found us our car -down to the color- and it was available within 2 days! Erin McNeely helped us with our financing and walked us through all the money details. We got a great APR, much less than we were expecting! She was great as well - all smiles! Shawn Harrison, the Sales Director was great, even remember us from when we had visited previously for other reasons. Overall the dealer is very clean and everyone was friendly. Beautiful new location out across from Mesa Mall with a fabulous service department so we can take care of our new ride here in town. We got to prepay our maintenance for the first 36,000 miles. Just drop off and they have a loaner waiting for me. How easy is that?! I am more than happy in my new Outback. I am absolutely in love! The multitude of safety features is incredible. The interior (we got the Touring - beautiful java brown leather!) with all the cool accessories. We are just thrilled with our choice and we are great full for all the help from the folks at Subaru!
