We were coming from out of town and wanted to make sure the car was still on the lot, she made sure the car was on hold (I didnt have to pay any hold fees) so I didnt have to stress while making the 2 hour journey to junction. It was a welcoming environment and they take the time to explain and make you feel comfortable with your decision. This dealer was very punctual and was able to reply to any questions I had very quickly. Overall we had a great time, and they even fed us snacks while we waited. Brownie points. However, I was ultimately offered a brand new 2017 legacy with 30 miles on it for less per month than purchasing! Great experience, no pressure, and I love my new car!
