Excellent Service We were in Grand Jct to visit the city and took our Forester in for a passenger air bag repair on warranty recall. After dropping the car off at the We were in Grand Jct to visit the city and took our Forester in for a passenger air bag repair on warranty recall. After dropping the car off at the service center at 8 AM, the courtesy shuttle driver (Sonny) took me back to our hotel . At 11 am , we received a text from the technician that the air bag was fixed and he also sent a text video of the inspection he did on the car to let us know we soon needed to replace the alternator belt and rear brakes pads. I was very impressed to see the video of the inspection, and appreciate knowing of the possible problems. Sonny picked us up at the hotel (along with all our luggage, and other stuff) to pick up the car. He is a very courteous and safe driver and answered all our questions about the city. Our Forester was driven right to us and had even been washed. We were extremely pleased with the service dept and all the personnel who work there.
