Best dealership in town I am very happy with how easy and realistic it was to buy my 2018 Subaru Outback. Dallas Spent all day helping us decide on a car. He was well educated on the cars which helped me narrow down my decision. He also introduced me with a clear explanation of all the bells/whistles inside the car. My car is not just a daily commuter, but it is the center of my lifestyle. He helped me find a car at an excellent deal that fit all my needs. I am a local dog trainer and this car can fit PLENTY of dogs comfortably. It has great safety features especially with Subaru eyesight. It gets good mileage. There is plenty of power for a car with a 4cyl 2.5L engine. Best of all it will suit long road trips and any offroad overnight adventure I may seek. Erin was great at finding me the best interest rate and explaining all of my options in financing. She was a perfect amount of thorough, yet quick with the paperwork. My favorite thing about Subaru is they offer a fair price up front with the vehicle instead of trying to scam you into paying way more than it's worth. Their prices are posted online, and they are very fair compared to blue book prices. Best experience I've had with any dealership in town! Be fair to them, and they will be fair to you. They will go above and beyond to make things right with their customers! More

You don't live in the area, so why would Grand Junction care if the treatment and attention you receive is subpar. I was greeted with enthusiasm by Lisa Chick, but that was the last time I heard or saw my service rep. I did immediately receive a text that she would be sending me updates, which never happened. In addition, I was never even told my car was ready! After noticing all the other service reps coming into the waiting room to notify their customers about their cars, customers who had arrived after I did, I went to check on my car. The keys and paperwork were sitting on her desk and she was nowhere to be found. No telling how long they had been sitting there. Another service rep had me sign the papers without going over anything, or even telling me where my car was. I had to ask. As far as the service, it appears to have been okay. I was having an oil change and tire rotation. I did realize later on, though, they did not fill up my windshield wiper fluid. I have called and texted to complain several times, and have received no response from Lisa Chick to this day. (In my opinion, she should be fired.) Ironically, I received a text from the same number but a different person a few days after my service, hoping my experience was "exceptional." Obviously, my earlier complaint texted to the same number was not read. It appears everything is a recording and there is actually no customer service. Only when I sent a text stating that Corporate Office might be interested in my complaint, did I get a response, specifically a reply text that this issue would be shared with the service manager immediately. No effort to contact me ever occurred until I complained to the Corporate Office. Then I received some calls, but I was camping and had no reception. I later called to speak to the owner, Ron, but he was out of town? I did finally reach him and he said he would call back within the hour. That was 17 days ago. My service was done in late June. The Corporate Office does have a ticket on my complaint, but even so, I am not satisfied with the results. So Subaru travelers, if you absolutely have to use Subaru Grand Junction, BEWARE! More

On top of the price drop he gave me he offer me a 6month 6k mile bumper to bumper warr. he showed me all the repairs done on the car when in serv. he showed me everything I asked him related to the car, pics, carfax, undercarriage, right away I like it. drove 150 miles to GJ to test drive on Monday morning. by then Shawn & Andrew from finance already had me some ##s for the finance. they show me the finance numbers, I like them. car was more than perfect for the price & the deal they offer me on finance was great. car buying experience was easy fast & on my budget. this guys r the [BEST]..
