Bought a new vehicle from this dealership. When we arrived to pick up vehicle the door seal on the drivers side was damaged. Was told it wouldnt be an issue could be ordered and when we went f When we arrived to pick up vehicle the door seal on the drivers side was damaged. Well, its been nearly 3 weeks of us calling Stacey Hunnicutt and service advisor John and we cannot get anywhere. Every time we call, its ok we will call you back or we will have to check on this. Mind you we came from out of state, are they thinking we are not going to be repeat customers and are not going to be doing are routine service there so who cares??? I think its just really disheartening when you deal with people face to face and they are just so nice but once they have your sale they no longer care. More
