They don't deserve one star but only choice. My daughter bought a 2016 Sportage new from this dealer and never had a good experience with this dealerships service department. She had 1 warranty My daughter bought a 2016 Sportage new from this dealer and never had a good experience with this dealerships service department. She had 1 warranty issue she drove over 200 miles round trip to have fixed 3 times and it was never resolved. Recently the engine seized with 108,000 mile and we hauled it to the dealership to see if it would be covered. It took 25 days for them to check the vehicle to see if it would be warrantied. They declined to warranty the vehicle because of a recall that was not done. My daughter never receive the notification of the recall. They quoted her a price to replace the engine that was more than the vehicle is worth. She declined to have it done and went to pick it up and they charge 167.00 to tell her she had a piece of junk. To show how greedy this company is they did 4 recalls on a car during the inspection on a vehicle that was going to the junk yard. Another surprising thing was I (her dad) went an picked up vehicle and they let me take it no questions ask, they had no clue who I was. Please save your self or family in our case a lot of heart ache and steer clear of this dealership and KIA vehicles. More
Scammers! Charged me 15k to rebuild my motor and replaced parts I told them not to but could not replace the timing belt which was dry rotted and cracked ready Charged me 15k to rebuild my motor and replaced parts I told them not to but could not replace the timing belt which was dry rotted and cracked ready to snap. Good thing I caught it in time before having to rebuild it yet again. Would not recommend taking anything there for a rebuild or anything other than an oil change or tire rotation. Very disappointed they couldn’t replace a single belt but could throw parts on I specifically said not to. More
This dealer was difficult to communicate with. The Internet Sales Consultant Nate Krohne stopped responding to my communications, and I was unable to contact any one else at the dealership. Luckil The Internet Sales Consultant Nate Krohne stopped responding to my communications, and I was unable to contact any one else at the dealership. Luckily, I was able to purchase the vehicle I was looking for at another Subaru dealer that weekend. I would not recommend working with this dealer if you are looking for a new car. More

I was looking for a different vehicle and decided to check Subaru. My brother has purchased a couple of cars from them and after looking all around I found the forester I purchased. I wouldn't trust this service department to work on a toy car my first bad experience was a check engine light on my impreza with 1500 miles on it and I said it was probably a gas cap issue of my own fault i car my first bad experience was a check engine light on my impreza with 1500 miles on it and I said it was probably a gas cap issue of my own fault instead they said it was my egr cracked and refused to shut the light off till i had a new one installed I rented an obd scanner pulled a gas cap code shut the light off and never came on again. Next they did an oil change at 6,000 miles same car did not tighten the oil filter and I had oil all over the the engine bay they did reimburse for the new oil change and engine bay wash I got at a different service center still not cool! They then called me saying my car had a recall at 12,000 and scheduled an appointment for it. I took time off drive the hour to town to find out the recall was not for my car at all and if it was they said they didn't have the parts in to fix it anyway...The service manager did email once to reach out about these concerns but when I called back and left a message I did not hear from them again so probably not to concerned with customer service! I now drive passed them to Muscatell Subaru in Moorhead with 0 troubles and almost 30,000 miles on my cross trek I traded my impreza for and they have been the only place I have brought it...Sales team might be good I have no experience with on the car sales side of Grand Forks Subaru but never again will I use the service center More
Professional, courteous, friendly, efficient and they go out of their way to help you out. Had recall work scheduled, and found out our tires were bad, and probably unsafe to drive the 120 miles home. GF out of their way to help you out. I brought in my own oil, they did not use it (although they had noted that I provided my own oil on the slip). The lube-tech also overfilled my oil by at least half a quart. Incorrect oil filter was also installed. All 4 tires were also overfilled by nearly 10 PSI. It would also be appreciated if more care was taken with the vehicles... I am not a fan of seeing marks in my clear coat from the technician from leaning/walking against it. Oil change took over an hour. The icing on the cake of this visit was when whomever brought it out of the shop, he dumped the clutch while parking it. Not impressed. More
