I texted Jeff with photos when I got to my destination. His reply was "oh no". After hearing nothing for 3 weeks I emailed Jeff. The response was "I don't think we cover that". When I replied with " you won't cover a factory installed tonneau cover on a ford certified truck"? I got an "I'll check on it". Dead silence again until they realized they still needed my signature on the truck I traded in. After nearly 2 months of nothing they then offered a new one for "cost". I took care of it on my own and will tell anyone who asks these guys are not trustworthy. More

It should have been a buyer bew Purchased a Chrysler Pacifica from this dealership. Our sales person was pleasent and I loved the price of the vehile. It should have been a buyer beware to me though. We decided to purchase it, this being the first time I had ever purchased a vehicle from someone I did not know. They ran our credit at least 20 times, totally unnecessary. Gave us crap for our trade in, and snuck fee's into our paperwork. They snuck in a finance charge of $1800 and when we asked about it, they told us it was "tax fee's". I felt sick to my stomach during the whole transaction, I knew something was not right. Went home crying. The next day I looked over the paperwork with my parents and they pointed out how badly we had just been screwed. Went back in and demanded they re-do the whole deal with the threat of legal action. They did it. Should have just gave the car back and kept walking. We also asked them to check a few things since the check engine light came on the next day and the fan was making a terrible noise. They told us the check engine light was a gas cap seal and that the fan had leaves in it. LIES. We ended up putting $2500 into this vehicle before we finally had to take our losses and trade it in recently for something else. I loved my Pacifica but it was a piece of garbage when they sold it to me. They also said they would detail it because it was dirty and never did. And the shady stuff they did to us was just not right. I don't recommend them at all. Only gave one star because I had to. If you want a fair deal on a decent vehicle, DO NOT GO HERE. More
Dodge Sprinter 2007 Diesel This was my the worst automobile buying experience. I am from Ohio, I drove 3.5 hrs to dealership to buy Dodge Sprinter '07, since I liked the price. This was my the worst automobile buying experience. I am from Ohio, I drove 3.5 hrs to dealership to buy Dodge Sprinter '07, since I liked the price. I even received an video tour of the cargo van I wanted to buy that showed that it was in good shape without check engine light, and the person I spoke to did not mention about any existing problems. Guess what when I got to the dealership check engine light came up when I was checking it out, when I check the codes it showed that van has major issues, so major that I had to spend $3,500 grand to fix it. The dealership did lower the price after all these issues came up but I could have been stuck with the van for the original price but locally check engine light came up during the test drive since the van was selling "as is" without warranty. I never expected dealerships to be so shady especially when I told them that I was coming from Cleveland. More
