I can’t even get an oil change without the service team causing additional da PLEASE BUY A CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE. I have never had such a bad experience. I can’t even get an oil change without the service team causing additional damage TWICE. The first time they found a plug after they had done a previous oil change and said they found where it went. Two oil changes later and they came up and said that they had misplaced the transmission plug had never been put back on and there was transmission fluid leaking everywhere (confirmed by the maintenance manager who had a terrible attitude) and then again when they broke something on my tire while rotating them that took a long time to fix. These aren’t the only things they have done, but at this point I would rather get my car serviced ANYWHERE else to avoid further unnecessary damage. When I explained to the maintenance manager the issues and that I did not want to further service here he was less than helpful and more worried about whatever was on his computer screen than actually helping. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE OR GET YOUR SERVICE DONE HERE. More

Lazy and not customer oriented For three oil changes in a row, they've neglected to wash my car, which they say is totally complimentary... But considering I can get an oil change f For three oil changes in a row, they've neglected to wash my car, which they say is totally complimentary... But considering I can get an oil change for 20 dollars less everywhere, its obvious that the service is built in to the cost of an oil change. I've talked to a manger all three times about it with promises to do right. Well, the fourth time came around and what do you know, they conveniently forgot to wash my car again. I'm definitely going somewhere else, Grainger honda doesn't care about customer service. Who knows, maybe I'll get to spend less than four hours minimum waiting for JUST AN OIL CHANGE More
DON'T DO IT..LIED TO MY 75 YR OLD MOTHER I bought my car here and loved it, came time for my mom to get a new car, so I said go to Grainger Honda. She called them to see if they had the exact I bought my car here and loved it, came time for my mom to get a new car, so I said go to Grainger Honda. She called them to see if they had the exact car she wanted-as she already knew what she was looking for, they said yes, come see and drive. She drive 1 1/2 hours in her car with AC not working-not Graingers fault, but a contributing factor to my frustration. Surprise surprise they didn't have the car, BAIT AND SWITCH - I hate a liar, I always appreciate someone wasting my time, then having PATRICK GRAINGER try to explain some bulljive about the car she came to see was at the lot, just not available to buy..xxx, don't lie to get people in the door, just tell me if you don't have what I am looking for. Had my mother not been present, this story might have been on the news. Moral of the story - you were in the wrong, be a man, apologize, make it right. Don't be a xxxxxx if you can help it More
