Horrible encounter with sales woman, was interested in a Used Blue Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro but she completely overpriced it and would not budge she was extremely rude also. Horrible service and bad attitude. Same ole dealership games Took my vehicle in today on 19 May 2020 to have the used car dept appraise my vehicle to possibly sell it to them. Was low balled as expected, but then was told by a staff member who did the appraisal that he rather take a bad review than to offer me any more for my vehicle. You can get more than 1k for a vehicle parted out then junked at a salvage yard people. They wasted hours of my time, my family's time and their time today with the same ole dealership games they all like to play. The used vehicle department needs not to be so quick to reply to a lead on someone selling their vehicle and take the time to read what is sent in entirely. first to contact is not always first to contract. Over did it with the calls and emails as well. More

Really worked within the parameters that I gave him and so I ended up extremely satisfied. Really enjoying my new car. Like, a lot!! Kai is a really good guy too. He's a very knowledgeable and helpful service advisor. He is always very professional, nice and decent to me. He always takes care of service in an efficient, professional manner. Sharply dressed and groomed and a real gentleman. Rachel is also great. Very helpful, does everything possible to make it happen. Nicole the insurance expert is super nice! Like a really super sweet lady. Did a lot of research on insurance for me. And really knows what's what with getting the best rate with different coverages from different companies Really enjoyed dealing with Grainger Honda. More

Answer all my Questions and I had many. My Honda was just the way Kevin said it would be, Perfect inside and out when I got her. you see I live in New Jersey. I never saw my Accord until I had it delivered via car carrier.I made the deal over the phone.I would recommend Grainger Honda very HIGHLY. The worst customer service! It’s been 60 days and I have yet to receive a correct title. I have been going through this since August 1st. I have had to go to the tag office three It’s been 60 days and I have yet to receive a correct title. I have been going through this since August 1st. I have had to go to the tag office three times and still today 10/15/2019 it still wasn’t corrected. I had to spend 20.0@ to buy a tag u til Honda gets the corrected title pushed through which they claim they did on 10/3/19. They refuse to refund me the 20.00 I had to spend on a tag that I will just have to turn back in whenever they fix the mess they created. They have offered me nothing for all my time and gas I’ve spent on this and have nothing but an oh well attitude. I have filed a complaint with corporate and now I’m trying to file a complaint with the owner of this dealership. DO NOT GO HERE!! At this point I should be making a Honda paycheck since I had to provide the title laws to them and tell them it was incorrect. THEY DONT CARE. If there is a problem of any kind... good luck. I warned you. More

He made me feel very comfortable and welcome, it was like spending the afternoon with a friend. Greg, the finance officer was super friendly as well, with a great sense of humor. He is on top of his game with helping you get the best lender financing and again no bullying. Greg, as well, can hold is own in a conversation on numerous topics. Both of these guys have high moral character and integrity and I would be honored to include them in my social circle. Patrick, the sales manager is on top of everything going on in this busy dealership and took the time to come and speak with me a few times, very pleasant guy and again, no high pressure pushing! Michael Johnson, the general manager is both conscientious and caring. His people feel at ease with him and so did I as a customer. He offered me an open door policy to contact him with any issues or concerns which means a lot when your spending the kind of money a new car costs in today’s market! Today ( I brought my car home yesterday) the parts manager called to help facilitate getting my roof rails mounted on my car as well as pinstripe and rubber mats installed! I thought that was going to take a few weeks ! What a nice call to get! I can’t speak about the service dept yet but the detail shop could pay a bit more attention to detail. My salesman had to take my car to them 3 times before they got the decal glue from another dealership off my car. Overall tho what a wonderful experience! I wasn’t even going to buy a car this week but I felt so comfortable and was offered such a great deal I just couldn’t not buy it! More
Beware of the $130.09 "Diagnosis Fee" I had an ABS sensor that needed to be replaced along with a few other things I was getting done. I was told they didn't have the part and would have t I had an ABS sensor that needed to be replaced along with a few other things I was getting done. I was told they didn't have the part and would have to order it. I was told to come back in 3 days. I paid for the service that was done along with pre-paying for the ABS sensor part. I was told by my service rep Cliff since I already paid that he would refund the labor for the ABS sensor that they didn't do. Finally, after my car was finished, I didn't get that amount refunded. I just got a call from someone at the dealership now saying that wasn't labor it was a "Diagnosis Fee". I was never told there was going to be a diagnosis fee, plus labor, plus parts. On the bill they put it under labor, but say it's not labor. BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU HAVE SERVICE DONE HERE!!! More

Honda pilot I just purchase a new pilot from Grainger for the second time and had the best sales associate experience with Lee Walls. He was very versed on the ca I just purchase a new pilot from Grainger for the second time and had the best sales associate experience with Lee Walls. He was very versed on the car and went way beyond expectation to see I was satisfied. I had a 2007 pilot first one I ever owned 200,500 miles and only had I alternator repack other than regular maintenance. Was very please with my service with Lee Walls and Gregory Haywood.
