Charged $100s for them to do nothing. My daughter took her car there and she was charged for 3 different diagnostic fees that she was never informed about. And though the “Human Resources manager”, not the manager of the service department, a Brandon Wigley, sat there and called my daughter a liar of what she has been told, they admitted they didn’t get a written authorization for any of the fees they are going to be charged for each individual diagnostic. Mind you, my child is 17, so legally they couldn’t contract with her to do anything anyway but when we tried to call CLIFF he never would answer the phone. Shakedown from the beginning! I regret that I sent her there to find out how to get her car fixed. More
PLEASE SHARE! !! ABSOLUTE WORSE SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!!!!!!! DO NOT SHOP FOR A VEHICLE HERE THEY WILL SCREW YOU! To begin I went to Grainger !! ABSOLUTE WORSE SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!!!!!!! DO NOT SHOP FOR A VEHICLE HERE THEY WILL SCREW YOU! To begin I went to Grainger Honda back in the end of September of 2022 and bought a used 2016 Chevy Tahoe LTZ. When negotiating the purchase of the vehicle I was told that there were going to fix a few exterior issues with the vehicle. Those issues #1 being passenger side panel was coming completely off rear door and passenger side front side panel was beginning to come off from the other panel pushing on it. They were both scratched up and bent. #2 bumper was missing a sensor and busted in two different places along with the CHROME please read again CHROME trim piece missing completely off one side and the other side was cracked down the middle. #3 the driver side interior door handle was also gone. So with all that bring said it really wasn't that much to fix just a bit time consuming due to parts having to be ordered and put on. WELL, I have been to Grainger Honda 4 times now within 2 1/2 months and my Tahoe is still NOT correctly fixed! The first time I took my vehicle in I dealt with the parts manager Jamie. A day and time was set for me to bring my vehicle in to have the NEW parts I was told put on. I was called and told by her that my car was ready for pick up. When I arrived my car was NOT completely fixed. They had taken the side panel pieces off and tried to bend them back out and stuck them back on with two sided tape! Then I noticed myself that the chrome pieces on my front bumper were replaced with black trim pieces instead. NOT ONE TIME WAS ANY OF THIS MENTIONED TO ME OVER THE PHONE OR WHEN I CAME TO PICK UP MY CAR. Once I noticed those trim pieces were replaced with the incorrect ones they THEN said OH YEAH those were on back order!!!!! So were you just going to let me drive off the lot without even telling me you didn't replace them with the same or that they were on back order??? This point Joey Grainger was brought outside for me to speak with about the issues. He apologized and said to me in front of his parts manager "if you will please give me a second chance I promise to make it right". I agreed to a second chance as long as he promised it would be right. So then here we go again they ordered the parts and once received I took my car back in for them to correct everything. Well this time they did fix the passenger side panels with new ones but still didn't have the CHROME trim pieces for my front bumper. I was told when they came in that they would let me know immediately. The pieces came in FINALLY they called me to bring my car in which my husband took it in at this point and they proceed to tell him one trim piece was broken when they opened them!! SO you couldn't tell us that over the phone instead of a waisted trip and time out here? Ok so now we are ordering them again they say. Didn't hear from Honda for a couple days so I call to check on the order status. Joey tells me well it looks like they arrived and one of our employees signed for it but has NO IDEA where they were put!!!! At this point I was done but Joey Grainger told me please give me a little more time and we will get this wrapped up for you. So I did and my vehicle still was not fixed correctly this last time I took it in. They put the chrome pieces on and broke a clip on one of them while doing so. BUT BUT the best part once again they didn't tell me the clip on it was broke until after I pulled on it after they said it was fixed and the piece came right out. They tried to GLUE my chrome trim in to hold it in place I guess until it fell off just so it wasn't on them anymore. So I was dealing with Don Holloway this time. He went and got Mr. Joey and had him come speak with me. And that is when I found out how much of a complete xxxxx he really is to his customers. He had nothing to say other than apologize once again and say if there has ever been a bad deal in my life i have dealt with it has been this one. Nothing I have done with your vehicle has been right. Its just been...... and I stepped in and said "lies from the beginning". When I said that he started saying he wasn't going to be called a liar and that we could agree to disagree but that he wasn't going to let me sit there calling him a liar! Well my grandmother just so happened to come with me and was sitting right there to witness all of this transpire. So she says to him " Sir she didn't call you a liar". JOEY GRAINGER STICKS HIS HAND OUT TOWARDS MY GRANDMOTHER AND SAYS " I AM NOT TALKING TO YOU!" Let's just say that was a big mistake for him. He showed me right then and there he has no respect for ANYONE most definitely customers and their family members. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER SECOND OF MY TIME OR A PENNY AT GRAINGER HONDA CHATHAM PARKWAY. I hope that if anyone else decides to please to be prepared for the most awful customer service/ managers/owners you have ever dealt with. NO ONE should ever speak to a customer or family member the way he did today to my grandmother. I HAVE LOST ALL RESPECT FOR THIS PLACE and hope no one speaks or treats you the way my grandmother or myself was treated by these people. Don't even know how you can improve a xxxx hole like this. DO NOT take your car for repair here, Once they get your money they will not return your call or texts. (3 different days text and calls) My car was towed in for a starting issue on Monday October 3, 2022 money they will not return your call or texts. (3 different days text and calls) My car was towed in for a starting issue on Monday October 3, 2022 they supposedly found the problem (Fuse Box?) and fixed it. I was unable to pick my car up during service hours on Thursday October 6th and gave them my credit card over the phone, paid $1295.59 and pick the car up after hours, never had face-to-face contact with anyone there. Didn’t need to use my car until four days later and same thing.. car would not start, Called and text my representative Cliff he said he would call back but never did. Someone manipulated the car to get it started and I’ve been trying to reach Cliff in this dealership ever since. They charged me for things that were never discussed or approved by me and when I asked for a copy of my invoice, I am still waiting for it. At completion of payment they asked me for my email address so that I could fill out a survey. And they never sent that either… I wonder why. And that’s why I am leaving this review here so other people do not have to endure the frustration of car repair at this establishment. Very poor customer service and makes me wonder why they’re not calling me back. More

I cannot emphasize how wonderful I think this dealership is ! Everyone is very nice, I have never had a bad experience here.Aubrey is my go to guy for anything concerning my car …the old one and the new one is ! I've been back three times for service actually 4 times since I had to return twice for low tire pressure after spending 2 and 1/2 hours there another hour after I returned 251 dollars and my time is as im since I had to return twice for low tire pressure after spending 2 and 1/2 hours there another hour after I returned 251 dollars and my time is as important as yours, my money is no longer to to you .You have lost a customer by your shoddy response and lack of consideration. I had my fuel injectors replaced last week and had Clifford Mills as my service advisor. He is always professional and very nice too. He had my truck ready before the time he was shooting for.
