Well everythin Made an appointment to get key made and the remotes programmed and told my service rep Joshua James that our Honda pulled to the right. Well everything was done in a timely manner. They even checked the whole Odyssey to see if any other repairs might be needed. As I thought it does need some work but it was no surprise. I knew when we bought it that it would need something. The cost of repairs did not change from the quote I was given when I made my appointment. They really took good care of me and I am going back to next my next service soon. I was sorry to hear about others purchase problem but the service center was wonderful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the van still pulls to the right but the other problems were solved. Don't plan on getting any support after your purchase. I purchased a 2016 Honda Civic from Grainger in early 2016. Got my first oil change at their service department, because I wanted to have records proving maintenance history. Drive home after the service, only to find out it was overserviced by over 1 quart!! The engine only holds 3.4 Qts, so that's quite a margin of error. I change my own oil now, and won't let Grainger handle any of my car's servicing, unless I have to. Which brings me to the second incident. I'd been having some drivability issues, and there was also a recall so I thought I'd take it in. The issue was that the car would pulse, or surge on the highway. Almost like you were pressing the gas, and letting off over and over again, even though the gas pedal was being held steady. It occurred right around 60 MPH, at 1,800-2,000 RPM, and was repeatable every time. When I took it in, I explained this to the service rep. I take the car for a drive with the service director, and sure enough the car has the issue. The service director tells me it's normal for a CVT transmission to do this. I don't buy it as I've had the car for 12,000 miles, and it has never exhibited this behavior before. Also, Honda themselves have acknowledged this issue by releasing a Service Bulletin for it (SB# 16-028 FYI) describing pretty much exactly what I was experiencing. They said they'll look into it. I get the car back, and while the recall service was done, Service Tech diagnosis for the CVT issue was CND (could not duplicate). Of course on the drive home, it still does it. I bring it in a second time, and drive with a different Service Director. He ends up in the driver seat, and says, "Okay, I see what you're talking about." As the car surges on the highway. But then proceeds, to try and explain it away as the car being on the verge of a gear change. What!? It's a CVT, there are no gears! Yes there are simulated shift points, but those occur much higher in the rev range, around 5,600 I believe. Not down at 2,000 where this problem happens. Anyways, I pick it up the next day, NPF this time (No Problem Found). Diagnosis, "Digital Tachometer updates at a much faster rate, than analog." First of all, that doesn't even make sense, and that's the third different excuse I heard from Grainger. Which one is it Grainger? I was going to take it in a third time, but ended up having a scheduling conflict. I'm so fed up with this experience, it's among one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. A major part of buying a new car for me, was the warranty aspect. But Grainger has turned that Peace of mind, into a nightmare. I ended up having to fix the car myself, although it's only a temporary repair as the issue comes back every 600-1000 miles. I'll never give another dime to Grainger Honda, and I recommend you do the same. More
Untrustworthy They advertised car prices and deny that they don't see it on their website. Also, the price match policy is fake! They don't price match anything. Two months after the purchase, we received harassing phone calls from the financier of our original Honda because they did not pay off the trade-in. When questioned they lied and told us it was paid off. After several weeks of harassing phone calls, we did a three way call and found out that there was never a record of the original car being paid off, nor had they acknowledged receipt of the car with the financier. They only paid off the car (almost three months later) when it was sold and they had no choice. The told blatant lies, there was rampant incompetence, and worst of all they were unprofessional in how they handled the situation and in their attitude towards me as their customer. Additionally, within one week of purchasing the new car we noted a dent in the hood. We took the car back and they told us that it had been professionally fixed. Four or five weeks later we noted that the impression in the hood had returned to the same spot. We took the car back to the dealership a second time. One of the service employees insisted I was lying about the car issues and was rude and unprofessional. The manager told me he would handle the situation and promised to call in a few days. I did not get any true action until I contacted the manufacturer, Honda, directly. They were aware of the issue and indicated so was the dealership. After my mistreatment as a customer, I made it clear to Honda that I refused to return to Grainger ever again. They sent me to another dealership, which has worked with me to appropriately resolve the issue. Clearly Grainger's service is dependent on who you are as a customer. I have bought a total of six Hondas, with two of them being purchased from Grainger. They have seen the last of my business. I will not spend my money where I am not respected as a customer, or treated in a professional manner. As Henry Ford stated, Your check is brought to you by the customer, without the customer, there is no check. If you are considering this dealership, run do not walk in the other direction! More

With respect? Go to Grainger! I showed up before lunch and when I started getting hungry they offered to feed me. Literally the salesman told me I could have his sandwich his wife packed him for lunch. But seriously...kind and courteous staff, nice facilities, great car selection. If I had to pick one thing to complain about...the kids area could use a little TLC. But at this point I'm nitpicking. More

Was assured that the vehicle had been thoroughly inspected and all needed repairs had been made. Driving out of the parking lot the left turn signal blinked briefly then stopped. Now it only works if you hold it just right. In less than a mile from dealership the check engine light comes on and by the time I reached my house the check tire light was on. That night on my way to the grocery store learned one of the headlights was out and and brake light bulbs were dead too. Sent emails expressing concern about the delivery of the car and got no response from the sales person. Calls and emails to the dealership resulted in a pathetic voicemail from a salesman telling me "I guess you could call me back if ya have a question". Customer service was less than impressive. Doubt I'd buy a new or used vehicle from them again. Their attention to detail left a lot to be desired. Be sure to check everything before you leave the lot. More
Extremely Negative Experience There were so many things wrong with our experience. We're not tough to please and knew exactly what we wanted to purchase (and had purchased our car from this dealership in 2007). We went in with an appointment, thinking we'd likely buy on the spot. The sales person was not knowledgeable and took a slick, insincere hard-sell approach as did each person who was obviously sent in to "close the deal". It was like a bad movie. Bottom line: We were looking for decent, honest sales professionals and this was not the place to find them. More

I'm a very picky person and I have to look at things several times before I'm ready to buy but that wasn't a problem for Derek Knowles. I test drove five cars over three different visits and on the last test drive Derek Knowles allowed me to test drive the car on my own for about 45 minutes, which was very important to me. I felt very comfortable with Derek Knowles the entire time. I never felt like he was trying to push anything on me. He was just trying to find the right car for me. I highly recommend Grainger Honda and I highly recommend that you specifically ask for Derek Knowles. I promise you won't be disappointed! More
