Above and beyond I brought my vehicle in for service and although it had an issue which rarely happens, both the service tech and also Robert Ivy went above and beyond I brought my vehicle in for service and although it had an issue which rarely happens, both the service tech and also Robert Ivy went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Hard work and good costumer service need to be recognized and Grainger continues to build a service team that understand customers can go anywhere but chose to come to Grainger. Thanks again! More

But the Blue team, Steve, was so thorough and did not mind explaining carefully and nicely how much damage I had done to the undercarriage and sub frame of the car. He took pictures on his cell phone and forwarded them to us so we could see what he was telling us. He did not mind explaining this all to me, my son and husband several times. That is patience, I would say. Thank you Grainger Honda for making sure I am safe when I am driving my Honda Odyssey. Because the van was needed for repair for several days, they lent me a car to drive which was tremendously wonderful. Again, thank you Grainger Honda!!!!! I needed that transportation. More
