This is unfortunate to say about Granger Honda at Chattam pkwy. The service department has unprofessional staff. Their manager Brandon, is not aware of anything. By all means, so far I seen managers replaced many times. Brandon is a racist person. He look at the person, his dressing, and how that person speaks English. Brandon underestimated me. I’m a professional and veteran who served our country. At this dealership, the service department will break your vehicle and won’t accept their fault. I personally would not recommend you or anyone to take their vehicle for any type of service. Even though if you have brand new vehicle, they will not care. The service department will wait until your warranty expires and then tell you that, now you are right. You have to pay out of pocket. This place is the worst place. To buy a new vehicle NO COMMENTS but try somewhere else. More

Well, a few days later, instead of fixing the timing they wanted 7500.00 to replace the piston rings!!! When I stated that I wanted the timing fixed they said that it was fine. When I asked for a photo, they said the timing marks didn’t matter and that their mechanic was Honda trained and they were smarter than the other mechanic. They also implied that the car was damaged by aftermarket parts. ,especially spark plugs.I asked them if Honda made spark plugs which they said they weren’t sure (actually Honda uses ngk plugs and so do I). I asked how they knew that the rings were bad when the car burned no oil and it didn’t smoke at all and the car runs ok. They said they pulled the aftermarket coil and found oil on the tip of the plug.i asked them who made Honda coils. They said they didn’t know.( their made by hitachi)when I came home I took out the plugs. Not a trace of oil.anyway I told them to give me my car, after I foolishly paid a 280.00 diagnostic fee!! LIARS liars pants on fires!!! I’ll fix it myself. More
I took my 2009 Honda Accord for a oil change as I had have several times in the past. The service technician said I needed an oil pan because it was leaking oil. It was not leaking oil when I delivered have several times in the past. The service technician said I needed an oil pan because it was leaking oil. It was not leaking oil when I delivered it for service. They said the plug was strip and I would need a new oil pan to stop the leak. Grainger staff caused the damage; however, They said it was because of the age of my car. I was told by the Human Resource Manager; Wigley, "pay for a new oil pan and they would fix my car or leave and take my leaky car home:. Very horrible customer service.. Everyone please be careful and chose wisely who you let service your auto More
I made a service appointment online for my vehicle's first service appointment. I asked the advisor when dropping off the vehicle, what time would it be ready for pickup, since I had to return to work. first service appointment. I asked the advisor when dropping off the vehicle, what time would it be ready for pickup, since I had to return to work. Well, three hours passed with no updates so I called to check on the status of my car. I was told that they had not yet begun to service it because the service department got behind. I asked why didn't the service advisor reach out and let me know what was going on. Due to the service department's backup and the service advisor's lack of communication, I ended up returning back to work late. Also, once I picked the vehicle up, I realized that my windshield washer fluid had not been replenished. If my vehicle was not under warranty, I would not return. I didn't even receive an apology. My experience with Grainger Honda was phenomenal. My salesman‘s name was Tucker Sharp, and the finance manager name was George. This dynamic duo complemented each other very well. Tucker and George u My salesman‘s name was Tucker Sharp, and the finance manager name was George. This dynamic duo complemented each other very well. Tucker and George understood the assignment. They listen to my concerns about the vehicle that I wanted. They didn’t rush me or made me feel pressured. They didn’t put me in something that I couldn’t afford. They gave me a vehicle that fit my needs, and they are very knowledgeable about finances and sales. The whole staff at Grainger Honda was awesome even the receptionist Sarah. She called me and made sure that I was coming in for my appointment. She was very professional. If you’re ever in industry for purchasing a vehicle I would highly recommend Grainger Honda. The owner Patrick Granger, did an awesome job on hand selecting his elite staff members. Thank you to the Grainger Honda family because I am one satisfied customer with my vehicle. Thanks, Alisa Grant More

Low balling trade-in artist. Very rude when you don't buy from them. They held me hostage by keeping my keys once I didn't want to buy. Very rude when you don't buy from them. They held me hostage by keeping my keys once I didn't want to buy. More
