The service attendants were very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. However, after my first 5,000-mile maintenance check, I found an HVAC/cabin air filter access cover on the passenger-side floor under knowledgeable. However, after my first 5,000-mile maintenance check, I found an HVAC/cabin air filter access cover on the passenger-side floor under the glove box. It was removed during service and not reinstalled. Overall, I was pleased with the service, but I would expect everything that is removed during maintenance to be properly put back together before the vehicle is returned to me. I hope this is addressed on future visits. More
