Once i got to communicate with a person instead of an email address everything was ok. I was 5 minutes from leaving to go to another dealer and buy because their internet dept was non responsive. I was over charged . I have to wait for a check for a refund. I had ask for a ride home . I waited for about 10 minutes and got my own ride . My salesman was good. However, after the deal was done they could not find the additional key fob (cannot get an aftermarket replacement) , no floormats were in the car However, after the deal was done they could not find the additional key fob (cannot get an aftermarket replacement) , no floormats were in the car (was covered in plastic I didn't notice until plastic was removed), the tire inflation system that has a built-in compartment in the truck instead of a spare was missing. They sold me an electric car WITHOUT the cord. It's like everything that wasn't attached was stripped from the car and not replaced. IMPOSSIBLE to get a human on the phone, get bounced around to voicemails and incorrect departments all day. More
