Mgmt is unethical. They tried adding $6,000 to purchase but fortunately I caught it. They tried to pull the wool over my eyes. Went in for an oil change and wash. They never washed it. I call that one o'clock and they said it was in the wash bay come by in 20 minutes. I went and picked it up at 2:30. Worst customer service every single time we have to go and take our car for a check up ! Unfortunately we cannot change our location to do service to our vehicle. They take for ever to get to you . I was waiting for over 40 minutes for someone to assist over the phone and when finally I got someone on the phone they told me that they couldn’t give me an update because my adviser wasn’t in that day and no other adviser could not give me an update on my vehicle ! How is that even possible doenst every adviser have access to all customers !!! Can’t wait to upgrade my vehicle in another dealership and get a better experience! More
