My experience did not go well. I advised the service advisor on day one that I had an extended warranty, but when he called with the diagnosis and repair cost, he admitted he forg I advised the service advisor on day one that I had an extended warranty, but when he called with the diagnosis and repair cost, he admitted he forgot. He then had to send pictures to the warranty department from his personal email because his work email was not functioning. When I followed up with the warranty company myself, they confirmed they never received the pictures. The lack of communication and follow-up between the service advisor and the warranty department caused unnecessary delays, and felt like I was coordinating between both parties myself. More

At first I was very impressed with the salesperson stephanie , i told her what my budget was. She found a truck and it kept going up and up and up in price.Even the one I negotiated down . It got late at night. I was there all day, I laid out tons of cash and had to finance the rest. Of course, six-year-old vehicle. Again? We negotiated on a price and a final price. Did not make it on the contract. So when signing about 20 or 30 pages to initial for the contract, I didn't read everything. Everything was placed out in front of me within seconds. Just to sign when I got home to make my first payment about three weeks later. I realized that exact price up thirty seven hundred dollars, so I cannot give a review to this company More
