I recently Purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer from Grace Auto Group..Great looking SUV. Good Price! Jordan Lundy was our Sales Rep!, and worked us a Good Deal! But after a Few weeks of Driving, Vehicle develope Group..Great looking SUV. Good Price! Jordan Lundy was our Sales Rep!, and worked us a Good Deal! But after a Few weeks of Driving, Vehicle developed a few problems, I contacted Bill Holzbaur..Service Dept. who took the Vehicle in right away and corrected the problems. I’ve had the pleasure of working with a Juan at Grace Auto while searching for a vehicle for my son. Since I was located a few hours away from the dealership, as you can imagine, I had lots of questions Auto while searching for a vehicle for my son. Since I was located a few hours away from the dealership, as you can imagine, I had lots of questions, and it was also very time consuming for me to travel to see the vehicle. My customer experience was exceptional. Juan was very knowledgeable, kind, patient and extremely responsive with all my communication. I had questions and he was so quick to get back to me. As a single mom, car shopping can often be challenging and overwhelming. However, Juan and his staff and the management staff were wonderful.
