The staff at Grace Auto was friendly and helpful. However, they were deceptive with how they listed a 2017 Volkswagen Passat. It was listed at $9995 on third party search engines (in our case, Cars.c However, they were deceptive with how they listed a 2017 Volkswagen Passat. It was listed at $9995 on third party search engines (in our case, Cars.com). My son was interested in the car and the $10K price point was within range for him. (Note- we did not look at the car on the dealer website before making the drive and, even, if we did, it appeard to be on sale for the price listed above.) The REAL price of the car was $11,995 with (less cash or trade of $2000 in the fine print. By using this tactic, the dealership was able to advertise the car at a false price to attract more buyers. I cannot say enough how frustrated we were to drive 90 mins (each way) and give up an evening for a car that was NEVER in our price point. I do not recommend them as a dealership due to their dishonest marketing. More
