They didn't ask for an exorbitant five-figure down payment, unlike other places, considering our unique situation. **Open-Mindedness** - The entire team at Grace took the time to get to know us and build a relationship based on trust before selling us our Mercedes E350. **Willingness** - Here is a direct quote from Juan via text during the financing process: “Most banks have computers doing the approvals, but we have strong relationships with our lenders and prefer to get someone on the phone and do it that way. The human touch is always better.” I am going to buy every new car from Grace going forward. To top it off, the entire deal was completed over the phone and email, and we were in and out of the dealership in less than 45 minutes.
