Called service Dept several times, no answer For being one of the largest Honda Dealers in the World, hard to understand that no one can answer a phone call after calling 10 times. Misleading information There is a sign posted in the service department saying to make an appointment or service could take 2 hours. I made an appointment but service took There is a sign posted in the service department saying to make an appointment or service could take 2 hours. I made an appointment but service took 2 1/2 hours. What I pointed this out, I was told that the word service did not mean service, it meant oil change. Had I known this I would have made arrangements to drop off the car instead, I had to cool my heals for almost 3 hours because of a false and misleading sign. Now this is not the end of the world, but can I now trust anything that I am told here? Credibility is important to me. More
