The gripe I had was after the oil change, the service light wasn't reset to reflect 100 percent oil life. Additionally, a car wash was requested twice and it still was not done after picking up the car. More

I arrived around 8am on a Saturday and the service line was out on the street. Luckily it's off Electric and not blocking Main St. I did wait a while but Ryan was apologetic and helpful. I left my car and it was ready by 10:30am. Overall, I had a good experience and would definitely consider this Honda dealer for any future dealer needs. More
