Customer Service it’s not a fully satisfied one 1. Every time I take my vehicle for service , I the customer have to request a Service Advisor to explain me what was done to my vehicle & suggestions 1. The Service Lane Manager ( Chastity Torres refused to honor me with 15% off for a coupon, afteri I was I told it would be accepted . Only 10% given 3. Chastity Torres , The Service Lane Manager , acted as an Service Advisor , after I requested to speak to such . 4. A part that was replaced (Engine Filter ) on my vehicle previously, was not showing on the computer , the Service Lane Manager Stated . More

Excellent service Javier was fast and helped me with my oil change, I asked if he can check why tire light was on. He said he will get it checked.
