Great neighborhood dealer I brought my car over the weekend bc I received a second notice for a recall. I made an appt over the phone and it was easy. I arrived around 8am on a Saturday and the service line was out on the street. Luckily it's off Electric and not blocking Main St. I did wait a while but Ryan was apologetic and helpful. I left my car and it was ready by 10:30am. Overall, I had a good experience and would definitely consider this Honda dealer for any future dealer needs. More

The manager and I looked at it and agreeed that it did not need to be changed. I love Honda, however I left a little bewildered about the service. I left doubting the after purchase service; which, I was thinking of purchasing another Honda. Different options are back on the table. Please tell me why I should remain with Honda.
