I was very pleased with Goudy Honda. My previous experience at a different dealership for my last car was not great... felt pressured, manipulated, and didn't come away feeling good. After soliciting offers from multiple dealers for a new Prologue, PK from Goudy clearly stood out as being responsive and patient, without pressuring or forcing me into a deal. She gave me a very fair offer right off the bat, and we were able to negotiate the final points of the deal in person. When it came time for me to take over the car, there were a couple minor issues that she made me aware of, and she worked with the service department to resolve both quickly before I drove off the lot. I was very pleased with my overall experience at Goudy, and am happy to have found a dealer I feel good about, and will definitely return to in the future. More
